   First time it’s the Hilton for dinner. We had Pil Pil and Bang Bang chicken for starters, both extremely tasty. Main was Beef & bird which was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back. The only thing I could say was the service was extremely quick. Our starter arrived a few minutes after our first drink arrived. The staff was waiting on us finishing our starter to collect our plates and the main was there in 4 minutes. The couple sitting next to us also committed on the speed that their food arrived. Don’t let this put you off the food was very good.

   Lovely lunch for party of 10. Food enjoyed by everyone, staff very friendly and helpful to accommodate allergy requirements.

   Main Course wasn't appetising at all. Pepper corn was more creamy and cold than peppery flavour. Greasey fluid around the steak on the plate

   Lovely meal as usual. Would hope there might be a menu change soon we would come to eat more often if there was a little change now and again just to shake it up a bit

   Exceptional on all levels. The food never disappoints and I have recommended the restaurant to everyone I have came into contact with who has mentioned going out for dinner.

   Lovely birthday lunch for my mums 80th, everyone loved their food. Staff were very attentive and took great care of us. They were happy for us to bring balloons and own cake and were in fine voice when delivering cake. Thank you

    Great food . Service was attentive . Good choice of menu. Lack of toilets at the food area . Did not like the big screen in the Dorma bar
