   The food was excellent! Both steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly, highly recommend the sides of garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus! Tammy D was a WONDERFUL server. The whole experience was a 10/10! We will likely be back to enjoy the food and service again!

   Best steak ever!! The entire meal was great including the steaks and sides. Service was top-notch .

   Food was not good Service overall was good only issue I had with my server is I requested water upon arrival without ordering. When she approached the table she said would you like anything else besides water? Who would come to just order water… though the food was so bad I should have just got water! Won’t be back! Best of wishes with you future in hospitality! Staff was very friendly!

   Appetizers were average but drinks and steak were phenomenal. Our waitress did a great job for the cards she was dealt. They’re clearly understaffed. Regardless, I’ll dine there anytime I’m in the Wisconsin Dells.

   The service was excellent—that’s about it. As a European guest, I was very surprised to see anchovies in the Caesar salad. I asked to have them replaced with something else (chicken, shrimp), and they agreed, which was nice. But the salad itself for $30 was awful. A measly four shrimp, which cost an extra $16, and to top it off, they still added the anchovies I asked to be removed. I completely lost my appetite. To make things worse, my mood was already ruined before we even started. Someone before us had sat at our table and dropped some butter, which wasn’t cleaned up before we arrived. I stepped in it, slipped, and hit the table hard.

   A bit of a disappointment for multiple reasons. I found the food average at best, and too expensive for what is was. The steak was like any other my family has grilled at home with just a seasoning slapped on it. Garlic mashed potatoes were like any other. Truffle fries were cold. And the side of grilled asparagus is only four pieces, but you’re gonna charge about $8 for it? A bit steep for everything but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Also, the amount of tables shoved into this small joint makes it so difficult to walk around without bumping into chairs and overhearing other conversations nearby. It is very noisy, especially with little kids running around. I guess I was hoping since this was a fancier place to eat at the hotel, it wouldn’t be so chaotic. Lastly, when I made reservations online, the site asked if this was a special occasion. I marked that it was a birthday for triplets, and in the special requests/comments section, I asked for a piece of chocolate cake to be served at the table with a special message. That didn’t happen. Our server wasn’t even aware it was a birthday dinner. Like, not a big deal, but if you’re gonna have an option to mark a special occasion and add comments, at least look at them? Otherwise, really what is the point of having those fill-ins on the site? Like I said, just a disappointment. We probably won’t go back to this restaurant if we ever visit the hotel again.

   We have usually loved our dinners at Double Cut but unfortunately the food was not the best this time around. We ordered a lot of sushi and it was just okay and we remember loving it the last time we had it. Our ribeye was also chewy unfortunately. We we’re disappointed with the food this time around.

   The tomahawk steak was not cooked to my liking twice and the management did nothing about it the steak was cooked all sliced up and when it was brought out first time well done second time it was not juicy the server acknowledged it and didn’t offer any and this was my birthday dinner

    The service and drinks were very good. The atmosphere was great. I was however disappointed in the steak. I don't know if it was the cook or the cut. I just didn't think it should have been as tough as it was.
