We chose Doppo because of past experiences where the food was outstanding. The food is still good but two of the dishes on the tasting menu were misses. The pasta dish had no taste. The worst experience was the cheesecake. The fruit topping was deep frozen and the base had a brick like consistency. It was difficult to eat with a spoon and really needed power tools!! The restaurant needs to up its game if it is to remain a go to place. The sommelier was good and recommended some interesting wines.

First time at Doppo but definitely won’t be the last! Exceptional food in an elegant Georgian townhouse. Very good value for the location and an exceptional wine list. Friendly service rounded off the evening perfectly

More a function room with small restaurant attached. Service is good and atmosphere nice. Food was good, but not sufficiently amazing to justify the very high prices - suggest about 30% overpriced.

Before leaving London for Christmas in Barbados I had to pop in for a quick solo lunch. Doppo continues to delight! It’s so rare for the quality of food and wine to be matched by the quality of service— an exceptionally friendly team really make this feel like my London home.
