DOPO, meaning 'after' in Italian, is an intimate dining experience in the lower level of Elizabeth Square on the corner of 34th Ave and 18th Street in Marda Loop, Calgary. Inspired by D.O.P, its predecessor restaurant, on Canada's Top 100 three years in a row, DOPO has been reimagined by Executive Chef, David Leeder and Owner, Tony Migliarese. With strong opinions from Mamma Rose, of course.

    Fantastic all around. Love the new space. Gifted bartender. Food was great. Noisy in a good way. Lively, good music. Cozy. I was skeptical when I heard about a move to Marda Loop but it was great!

    Another fantastic evening. We decided to spend our last night out as a two person family before our little one joins us and we wanted to do it at our favourite restaurant. If you want an authentic Italian family style meal then look no further. The minute you come in you feel like family. Great food. Great people.

    Everything was excellent Nina And Tony were wonderful with dealing with 50 email requests from me being annoying. Sorry! But food and service was wonderful

    Dopo was phenomenal! The ambiance was romantic and cozy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable providing clarity on the menu and suggestions for pairings. My partner is gluten free and I was concerned he couldn’t eat many things on the menu but they had unreal gluten free bread, pasta, and dessert options. I ate it and wouldn’t even have known it was gluten free. Will 100% be back and telling all our friends
