Everything was perfect except I experienced the most aggressive and rudest waiter in my life. I was on my anniversary dinner and as I went to the bathroom the waiter took the opportunity to come and try and flirt with my fiancé. He was asking her all sorts of private questions which disgusted me when I was told by her. The moment I returned to my table he saw me and fled. This behaviour is unacceptable by such a high class restaurant staff!! I shall return but eat assured I will not let this guy come near my table !

Service was very attentive upon arrival, however slowed slightly as the night progressed. The food was beautiful, however the dumplings were warm instead of hot, and the octopus was slightly overdone. Despite this, I would recommend this restaurant to coworkers and friends - this would be an especially good venue for business meals.

Spectacular! The new Quail starter is to die for! I will be coming back for a double serve. Eat the Quail with the Curly Flat Chardonnay 2016 - you will think you have died and go to heaven!! Thank you Donna!

Unfortunately, there were too many misses with the food. Overcooked prawns, overcooked tofu, sauces which lacked subtlety and balance etc. Every dish we had was quite flawed. But the ambience is lovely.

Positives: Very attractive decor. Nice ambiance. Very attentive staff. Birthday acknowledged. Entrees acceptable in flavour. Banana fritters - fabulous. Negatives: Wagyu meal inedible - so tough it had to be removed not swallowed. Special Fried Rice -ok but flat in flavour - we have since found out that we were not served the accompanying sauces for the rice...my son went a week later and it came with sauces... Overall: The meals were good but not spectacular, some were incomplete and/or returned - therefore this restuarant is not worth the price tag.
