This exclusive experience includes return transportation to-and -from Don Alfonso 1890 and Michelin Star tasting menu dinner for two. The experience is $1,000 per couple. Parties of 4 are $1,800 if they’re at the same address and $2,000 if there will be a second pickup/drop off location. Dinner reservations for this experience are 6:30pm and 8:30pm. In the lobby we met Davide and I knew right then and there it would be an amazing experience. We went on NYE for their 3 course tasting menu along with the wine pairing. This restaurant currently has 1 Michelin star and it deserves 3. We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Elijah, Julian, and Marco. It felt like they anticipated every need before we knew we needed it. The wines served were amazing and well chosen. The tasting started with a bread course and the focaccia and truffle butter were the best we’ve ever had in our lives. That was tough to admit just have come back from puglia italy only weeks before. The other standout was the bison filet. So perfectly cooked. After our meal Davide ask if we wanted a kitchen tour which we gladly took him up on. He served us a lovely limoncello digestif while there. Davide, we hope we can buy you a drink when we cross paths again. Your warmth and energy was contagious. Thank you from the botttom of our hearts. We hope your kitchen staff got their beers. -Erik and Christina

If you’re looking for something inexpensive, then this isn’t for you. For us is a once in a lifetime event where we try ed all sorts of different foods that we would never have anywhere else. The only real option is the signature menu, and the device was outstanding! With a half bottle of the cheapest red wine the bill came to over $600. Wouldn’t do it again, but super happy we did it once!

Phenomenal meal - completely surpassed even my highest expectations. Excellent, top notch service that was the perfect amount of attentive and professional that was never disruptive but always available. The signature tasting menu is incredible and a testament to the chefs’ vision and heritage, and both the premium and the classic wine pairings are not to be missed with their thoughtful craftsmanship and creativity. Elements such as the eel gelato were new to my family and myself, however I have never been so thankful that I put my trust in the chefs. I truly cannot recommend highly enough.

If you want to eat an art exhibit instead of dinner this is the place for you. The tasting menu is comprised of 6 courses of beautifully presented foods that are incomplete and clash with other things on the plate. The best dish by far was the bison tenderloin, a perfectly cooked and incredibly tender piece of meat served on a plate with a few drops of sauce and nothing else. Dessert was “tiramisu” an overly sweet white chocolate skull with a bit of what might have been an average tiramisu inside, if you could taste it over the sugary chocolate. Service was very fast, carried out by a fleet of robotic wait staff everyone of them tripping over themselves to tell you how good each dish is. If you had ever been to the Black Tree in Burlington, imagine Chef Mateo at his craziest, multiply it by 4 and you’ve got an idea of what awaits at Don Alfonso. To top it off, after eating and paying for the meal, when asked what we thought, we gave an honest evaluation leading the restaurant to cancel our reservation so we’d be unable to leave a review. The only reason you can see this is because I told them that if my reservation was cancelled that the charge on my credit card should be reversed.

We had a lovely dinner on a Saturday. Very peaceful, the staff were amazing, took us around the restaurant and showed us the open area of the kitchen. Explained how things worked. They were all extreme polite and thorough with their work. It felt as though all the staff enjoyed working there which made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, even the parts we didn't absolutely love were still quite enjoyable because of how it was cooked and the way other flavours were incorporated. Thank you all for such a lively evening.

We had such a wonderful experiencing celebrating my birthday here! Staff was very attentive and even left us with a small gift. We had the a la carte menu and thoroughly enjoyed each plate! Wagyu, duck, ravioli and bison were some of our favourites but honestly everything was delicious! Would love to come back again
