   Waited close to 1.5 hours on Valentine’s Day. Food comparable the Sixty Vines much 2-3x price. This was our first time dining at this restaurant, will not be coming back for special occasions - but willing to give the brunch a shot on a normal day. Expected better from Dolce to be honest, a bit underwhelming. Waiters were excellent, Manager / GM needs to re-evaluate how he/she runs Valentine’s Day crowd. No free drinks while waiting either - horrible experience before we got to the table.

   Do not go here in Valentine's Day. They completely overbooked. With a reservation it was a Hour wait to get seated then 45 wait to get the first course. They blamed it on the kitchen being backed up, but it was a set menu with limited items, so that is BS. Food wasn't even worth the 95 dollars a head.

   8pm reservation and was seated at 8:50. Never seen somewhere more overbooked. Food was great but not nearly worth all of the time + moneh.

   I booked the reservation a month before Valentine’s Day. At the time they were running a promotion for a Valentine’s Day dinner special. Limited menu options. The food was good overall. Here is the kicker. The restaurant was so overbooked that the servers were rushing tables in and out. The hustle and bustle took away from the night of romantics. I understand that everyone else has the same idea of booking reservations for Vday dinner but trying to capitalize on the influx of guests on such a night doesn’t leave for a good impression. I’m sure the restaurant is great on any other night and the weather didnt help with half the restaurant being closed down. I’ll be back to try the full menu later

   Not a good experience. Waited so long for food, waitress was not attentive, and the food was not good at all. It was also freezing and so loud. Would not recommend.

    Went for Valentines and it was honestly such a huge disappointment. I worked in the industry for 6 years so I get Valentines is one of the busiest nights of the year, but there was such a clear lack of organization throughout the entire restaurant. Reservation at 6:30 and sat promptly, however we did not get our appetizer until 7:23, at which they brought us the wrong plates at first and it was clear one of them had been sitting at a window for some time as a film had been formed on the sauce. Another 30 minutes for our entree's - at this point the man cleaning and setting tables had to go search for our food and server. We watched so many other tables get everything so much faster than us even when we sat and ordered before they did and it was all a prefix menu. Servers and food runners were obviously lost bringing plates to the wrong table the whole night, running out of cups, and just not setting the table. No visible management or anyone willing to help with the long delays in between courses. They were so behind on everything they could flip tables quick enough so the restaurant was PACKED we were not able to get out and had to wait for people to clear a path. For $300 ($95 per person and two drinks) it was a complete waste. Food was decent, dessert terrible, ambiance was really nice if you could look past the visibly annoyed other diners. Would not give it a second chance
