   We sat outside. Beautiful setting but a little cold. Table had a fire pit but we were still cold. The waiter brought us a portable heater which was perfect. We went on a Thursday and there was live music which was nice. The food was excellent. Overall, a great experience.

   What a fab restaurant. Fairly nondescript with nice view of marina. Limited menu but something for everyone. Our entrees were cooked perfectly. Great service. You should go, you won’t be disappointed.

   We have eaten there twice so far during our stay at the resort. Kelly served us both evenings, and we felt that she and her helpers all made us feel very special. We had a great sole dish and 1/2 price Sauvignon Blanc on Wednesday, and the sliders and $10 Shrimp Cocktail on Thursday. All of the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Live music Thursday was great!

   The foods were great. It was my best salmon steak in my life. And view of mission bay was awesome.

   We had a wonderful time at Dockside. Our server was amazing! She took the time to read the notes in our reservation and seated us in a perfect location as well as noted food allergies. The food was delicious!

   We recently discovered Dockside 1953, a Bahia Resort Hotel restaurant, and it was an experience worth sharing. Nestled along the beautiful San Diego waterfront, the experience offered not just a great meal but a relaxing, chill atmosphere - especially at sunset. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for our evening. The decor beautifully reflects the coastal vibe, and you can’t help but feel relaxed while enjoying the waterfront scenery. Service was top-notch; our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure our drinks and meals were just right. We felt truly taken care of throughout our visit. To top it all off, Dockside 1953 has an impressive selection of cocktails and local wines. We enjoyed sipping on a refreshing cocktail while soaking in the sunset views over the bay. Whether you're a local or just visiting San Diego, Dockside 1953 is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!

    food was not good. we ordered a steak, and it was overpriced, poorly cooked, rubbery, and chewy. The brocoli might as well could have eaten it straight from the farm where it grew. It was not cleaned out all. kids menu is overpriced, might as well order from the regular menu. The regular menu doesn't have that many options. The staff is really nice and top-notch. Location is fabulous.
