   DOC St Kilda, you absolute superstar! From the moment we walked in, it felt like we’d been teleported straight to Italy—but with a bonus beachside vibe. The pizzas? Oh, don’t even get me started. Thin, crispy, and topped with fresh, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The kind of pizza that makes you question why you’d ever eat anything else. And the burrata? Chef’s kiss! It’s basically a cloud of creamy deliciousness that had us fighting over the last bite. The staff? Legends. They were friendly, funny, and totally on point with their wine recs. It's like they just know what will make your night. Bonus points for making us feel like VIPs even though we were just there for a mid-week dinner. If you haven’t been to DOC St Kilda yet, stop what you’re doing and book a table. Seriously, your taste buds will thank you. Can’t wait to go back and do it all over again! 🍕✨

   Excellent service and very friendly staff. Pizza (especially the base) and pasta is very average. For the same price can get far better wood fire pizza elsewhere. Food very disappointing.

   Usually a big fan of DOC venues - however found the St St Kilda one very cold like no ambience, and really average not to say bad service… pizzas were excellent as usual

   Such a great place - good kids menu, delicious food. A bit noisy (sitting outside would be better if you’re hard of hearing) but overall a great place for dinner and a slightly different (but still nice) vibe compared to DOC Carlton.

   Possibly the best pizza we’ve had, excellent Montepulciano wine, salad and prosciutto were also great. Excellent service, great location and atmosphere. We’ve been to DOC in Carlton before too and a similar excellent experience. Pity we don’t live in Melbs or it would be a regular haunt.

   Hi D.O.C, I dined at your restaurant last Saturday and wanted to share my experience. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, it was clear that there weren't enough staff on hand, and they seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up with the demands. While I appreciate good service, I felt the price point was higher than the quality of the food. I was also surprised to be asked for a tip, as we’re in Australia where staff should be paid fairly without needing tips to supplement their income. I hope this feedback is helpful.    Had lunch, food was good, service was good, no complaints at all. Not that expensive but not cheap, we had drinks and 2 courses so it came out to about $80 each. if we stuck with pizza rather than the mains we had it would have been a cheaper lunch option but we were splurging today so felt the price was reasonable.

    having had DOC at other locations this one felt different. the product was similar to other sites, what was disappointing was the lack of prosciutto on the pizza, very small portions compared to previous experiences, and asking for a simple mixed drink like a caprioska was not possible, you seem to limited to just whats on the menu and thats it. so its like your in version of disneyland, its like its a model of the original but stuck in very tight groove.. prices are at the extremely high end of what you would expect to pay for a smaller sized pizza with very meager topping..
