Tonight was chargrilled oysters for $1.75. It was busy. We waited to be seated (reservations) because the staff was discussing how to sit patrons who didn’t have reservations. After being seated, we waited for about 5 minutes until our server arrived. We ordered appetizers and our meals (a dozen of the oysters, gumbo, catfish platter, and drinks). We received our meals (another employee) before the oysters, without silverware. I asked about the oysters and was told they would check on them. We asked another waitstaff member for utensils and were told they weren’t our waiter. We waited a couple of minutes before flagging down another waitress to ask for utensils. We received the same response. Finally, our waiter came by and we asked for utensils to eat the food. He brought us disposable utensils. When asked why we had disposable utensils, we were told they were washing dishes. We started to eat our meals when we received our oysters (appetizers). The food was okay. The drinks were subpar. Although the review may not seem positive, I will give them another chance because of the oyster promotion; it was busy. I will try them again on a different night. Hopefully, the experience will be different.

The kitchen needs to lock in. I got my food about 7-8 minutes before my girl, which wasn’t cool because I’m not about to eat without her. So we shared my meal (which was barely warm) until her food came out. The food was good but wasn’t hot at all. Also, a little bit pricey compared to some other New Orleans based spots in ATL. It was a Tuesday night, so I don’t think I’ll give them another try.

Music was too loud; Quality of food was not worth the drive for us; The automatic 20% gratuity was inappropriate; The service was good though, but I rather tip based on my suggestion/recommendation as opposed to the restaurants!

Overall experience was great. Our table was wobbly. Grits we have had better. Drinks was on point, we had the flight.

The food was very tasty and the drinks were great. Service was poor. We were not offered refills on water or asked how the food tasted. We had to send the food back because it was not hot. We had to go to the bar to pay the bill. But having said this the food was tasty.

This was my second visit during the lunch hour, and the service was lackluster. Food took over 45 minutes to come out. The reasoning was that they had to prep the crawfish (ordered crawfish mac and cheese) and the oysters for the poboy. While I appreciate the food being made to order, it was a very long wait to and on one checked on us until I inquired.

I was very excited to eat at this restaurant since it is always booked, but the food was not that good, it was okay. I was disappointed since I was expecting more authentic New Orleans food. I had the gumbo, red beans and rice with catfish. The rice was very hard, probably undercooked. Very small space with limited privacy from other tables.
