   Had a wonderful lunch for 4. It was on the expensive side but the food was delicious. There is a lunch special on the other side of the menu if you don't want to spend too much. However we had the oysters to start and they were fresh and plumb. Two of us had the lobster ravioli , very good. Presentation was spot on and service excellent. I am always concerned with cleanliness and this restaurant was super clean, bathrooms too which is a good sign. We will go back for sure.

   This is a wonderful restaurant near Sleepy Hollow. It’s beautifully appointed with a great bar and sleek decor and the food is outstanding. We’re always looking for nice restaurants when we go up to Sleepy Hollow in October but unfortunately, most restaurants in the actual town are usually very crowded and the food is just ok. This restaurant is in Briarcliff Manor which is just 10 minutes from Sleepy Hollow and well worth the trip. Parking is a breeze and the town is quaint and charming. But beyond that, this restaurant is so nice and the food is delicious. Do yourself a favor, go here to have a great meal and avoid the madness of waiting on long lines to eat in Sleepy Hollow. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

   Went for lunch with friends. Oysters were great as well as all our dishes. we shared a couple of plates and came out split and set up as a full dish. First time there and will be back for dinner. Nice surprise.

   Exceptional. They really went out of their way to assist the blind person in our party. Food is consistently great and service is top notch.

   We didn’t have a great meal tonight. My wife started with the tuna tartare and said it wasn’t very good. She never ordered anything else after that. Which was surprising because she loves eating out. I had the crab cake for starters, it was pretty short on crab but the dish had a lot of sauces to try and make up for it. It didn’t. I didn’t want to give up though I should have. I ordered the pounded veal next. Very bland veal was served with chopped asparagus and carrots with a cognac sauce drowned in lemon juice. I sent it back. I felt a little bad about that so I tried the linguini with white clam sauce. Which was a mistake. The linguine was cooked well but the sauce was watered down, not a seasoning in sight. The clams were a bit chewy. This was the most bland linguine with clams I’ve ever had. We eat out about twice a month. After that we decided to call it a night. The chef here is not a good cook, very sub par dishes at this place. Just terrible. We couldn’t even trust dessert, we paid the bill, tipped well and left.

   This was our first trip to Dive Oyster and it won’t be the last. Oysters were delicious. Risotto was outstanding. My husband had chicken and that also was excellent. But above all, the owner and service were truly outstanding. They definitely made us feel welcome. Looking forward to going back.

    Despite the name fish is not the only option. There are numerous pasta, chicken, veal, and meat options which are all very good. I go there often in part because the delicious options are so extensive.
