There was a large group of women sitting across the restaurant from us. Was hard to hear each other talk. Thanks for sitting them far away from us.

This was our first visit after many years and not much has changed, which is a good thing. The food was still moderately priced with nice size portions. Our server was wonderful if over worked and we kept running out of drinks. It was noisy, but it was also very busy going on a Friday night.

Although the place was packed the Saturday I visited, we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation and received attentive service throughout the meal. Food was well prepared -- I enjoyed the Greek salad (never had one that came with grilled shrimp before as well as artichokes which were tasty additions).

Hamburger ordered "Medium" was raw: bloody and one bite had glass or some kind of grit that lodged between my teeth and broke off 1/2 of a crown. Fish (and chips) appeared freezer burned. Great server. Cafeteria ambiance. Wonderful cream of mushroom soup. Not for foodies!

It was years ago that we ate here and we wanted something different from our usual restaurants so we returned. Staff was very gracious and welcoming. My husband ordered the schnitzel because it has been awhile since our time in Germany/Austria. He was disappointed. I tried the Mongolian beef—mistake. I’d had it years ago at a restaurant in Washington DC and liked it. This was inedible. Beef cooked to the point of crunchy dryness, some of it burnt. The waitress immediately offered a substitute dish, as did the manager, but I didn’t want to wait for a replacement. I ate a little more of the rice and called it done. We ordered crème brûlée to share and it was good. Then the waitress brought the bill—they comped both my dinner and the dessert. Gratefully received. I loved the wine—a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet. Staff was outstanding and gracious, which we appreciated. A very noisy atmosphere—live music then everyone talking very loudly to be heard over the band. Not the overall experience we had hoped to have.

We went for a small retirement dinner and it was busy. We were seated in a small private room and it was great. Service was good and everyone’s meal was perfectly plated, hot and delicious. No one had the same meal. Ribeye, chicken, roast, meatloaf, steak salad. The price was reasonable for a restaurant like this. Loved it.
