   My only complaint is that we were seated 30 minutes past our reservation time. The point of a reservation is to be seated promptly especially if you have plans afterwards I think this is something the hosting and management team could work on

   This place have good food and I enjoy the setup of how they come around offering different toes of pizza. The Lamb Pizza is my favorite. The issue we had was having to wait 30/40 minutes after our reservation to get our seat after already waiting 30 minutes because we were early which is not on them. But having a sewer bust and smelling sewer while waiting in the hallway made the wait worse. It was my daughter 14 birthday and she wanted to go there. She was very disappointed and want to leave but I convinced her to stay. Our waiter was pretty cool and the pizza was good so every was ok in the end. I advise they should let people wait in the car instead cramming the hallway . Will go back again

   This was a very enjoyable experience. My family and I dined at Delucca for my birthday, and this was our first visit. The food was very good, and the service was excellent.

   I really enjoy the variety of pizzas at this place, but there are a few things that need improvement. The biggest issue is the service, which is hindered by the overwhelming noise. It’s hard to hear the staff, and even when they do come around, it’s difficult to understand them. When you ask for help, there’s sometimes a bit of an attitude, which doesn’t help the experience. It would be great if the staff had name tags or something indicating the pizzas they’re responsible for, as it’s tough to tell who is who. Additionally, we waited over an hour for a single lobster bisque soup, despite repeatedly asking about it. Overall, the food is good, but the service needs work. The noise level is a major issue, and the staff could benefit from more training. No one should be waiting 20 minutes for drinks or 40 minutes for soup. If these issues were addressed, I’d be much more likely to return. Ps. I wish the location and parking lot were easier to find.

   It’s a cool experience. A bit expensive. The biggest issue is they have a time limit and will tell you to leave. We had a reservation for 6 pm for 5 people. We were seated at 6:15. At 7:45 they asked us to leave. I find this off putting

   The food is good, but the service is consistently bad. I don't get this place. The pizza more expensive, and you have to wait to get what you want.

   I have been going there since it open.The service is great.Renato is doing wonderful being a manager and controlling difficult situations.Cristina and Tarcisio are 2 of the best servers.By the way this is my favorite restaurant in the DFW.

    Shoutout to Matt for juggling our table of ten among other large groups on a Saturday night. It was very busy as they had a very large group that had an event down the street. Wait time for our table when we were on time was a little long but it’s okay. Amazing variety of pizzas as always. And delicious cocktails! Definitely will return
