service was great. Ambiance is what we expected, very energetic. Food was a bit off. We split a lasagna but it was a little dry, needed more sauce

The waiter was not attentive at all. I had to hunt him down for the bill and then hunt him again to pay the bill. Didn’t offer drinks or refills. The food was decent 6.5/10. The place was also very loud. There was a lady last night screaming for a family member’s birthday. She did it in 5 occasions and each time making our baby cry each time.

The food is always good. They stick to a well tested menu and prepare things consistently. Specials, like the salmon last night, have been delicious as well. The portion of meatballs on the pasta and meatball entree is so generous I have to take some home. The marinara is extraordinary (like grandmas's Sunday gravy). Steaks always come to the table as ordered. No wonder the place is always bustling.

I was misled by the picture on the website and expected something somewhat sophisticated for an anniversary dinner. What we got was a kitschy slightly better version of Olive Garden or Chili’s. Had to wait with a buzzer despite a reservation. The food was good (steaks cooked to perfection, but a little salty). Service was fine. Great for families. Not what I was looking for. Left disappointed.

Really enjoyed the private room we got. We celebrated my birthday. The anti pasta for 3 fed 5. Everyone loved their meal.

We’ve come here every year with my in laws whenever they come down for winter. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best server. She did what she had to do, but our past experiences, we had much better service. Also, the lady who brought the food to us was a little annoyed that when she asked for who ordered what (2 steaks were the same), we didn’t answer her right away. She was calling orders when her face was away from us. Of course, we wouldn’t hear on top of the place having the noise level higher than usual. The food was okay. Quality has gone down. My daughter’s angel hair pasta was swimming in butter. The crab cakes shrunk about 3 times. The portion of the mashed potato shrunk double size. Overall, probably would be the last time we would come to this place.
