   Was there in October of 2024 with friends and had the best restaurant experience I have had in a long time. Service, Food , drinks all were top notch. Was looking forward to another great night with my wife , we traveled from Beacon NY to experience a beautiful evening together. Booked a reservation and had to change to a half hour later in which whoever I spoke to was a gentleman. When we got to the restaurant the hostess was very bubbly and very welcoming. We were seated and within 5 minutes we were greeted by a waitress who asked what type of beverage we would like. That was great with the exception we had no menus to see what was available. She then came back with the menus and then returned a few minutes later and was very pleasant and served our drinks.Our waiter came and explained the added specials and gave us some time. We received our drinks which were very good. An appetizer was placed along with our entree. Another gentleman came by with bread and bruschetta (delicious). Soon after our appetizer arrived and again delicious. And then we wait and wait and wait. An hour and half passes by and we ask for our check as at this point we are extremely disappointed. In the meantime the wonderful woman asked us twice if we received our food and we said not as of yet. Finally our waiter comes back and asks do you a question??? We again ask for our check as we were very disappointed with our wait time. He says let me check and then returns and says your next up. The food comes out and the meat of our meal was done perfectly but the sides were not good at all. I also asked for vodka sauce with my dish and there was no sauce at all. We ate and again requested our check. It was time to go since we were now over two hours in. No apology no comp on at least a drink. A two hour dinner date with my wife is a beautiful day but waiting for a meal for an hour and half after an appetizer is unexceptible.

   This was our first visit and we had a great time. The restaurant was decorated very pretty for the holidays. The service was very good and the food was delicious!

   Excellent menu. Service always attentive, but we were not hurried despite a busy night. Skip dessert; small portions and too expensive. Besides food portions are large enough. One suggestion. Put all larger groups (especially those with little kids) in a separate room. I don’t mind spending $300 for dinner, but I don’t want to hear someone’s kids acting up all during dinner.

   Great family dining experience! Anyone that’s ever dined with kids know that waiting for anything is the enemy. The fact that we get a small appetizer and bread the second we are seated makes everything start off in the right foot. There are plenty of servers around to expedite drinks and food orders. There is virtually no wait for any course. It’s not rushed but it is not lazy either. The food is delicious and my picky child loved his “money bag” pasta. My husband and I both had specials with were amazing as always. The cinnamon walnut crumb cake is the best dessert!!
