   Felt ignored all night, dined at Delias on many occasions as a couple and as family, but last night I’m sorry to say was not a joy! Booked for 2 birthday celebrations 24th & 18th it was nice to have cards signed by Delia on the table but that was where the special night after that went down hill. Lots of staff running around and looking after other tables , but we seemed to be forgotten , no bread was offered until we eventually asked for it after we had our starters we had to poor our own water and wines, not what you expect from Delias , Michelle the restaurant manager spoke with every table other than ours which I personally found very rude and odd Sorry but I would not rush to return, it’s an hour drive to get to Norwich for us so we expect to be treated properly £450 wasted !!!!

   High quality ingredients and cooking. Beautiful restaurant and relaxing bar area. Good value. I would highly recommend a visit.

   We waited over 40 mins for an order to be taken . Starter came out reasonably quickly but we did not get mains until 9.30pm .. we booked a table for 7.30 ..and then only after complaining. The menu is not cheap and two mains had a supplement. The restaurant was not busy but the delay was blamed on a table of 14… that had booked so they knew they were coming! Very disappointing

   Whilst the menu choice is small, the food was delicious. Lovely ingredients, beautifully prepared. Service was friendly, professional and relaxing.

   We had a lovely evening at Delia’s living up to all our expectations. The food, which of course is the main event, was first class including the vegetarian option. However everything else added to our satisfaction and enjoyment . Well done to the whole team for looking after us so we’ll.

   We have dined at Delia's on many occasions and always find the food, the service is excellent . Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting fine dining

   The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and attentive. I thought the food was a bit pedestrian bearing in mind the price and that this is a flagship restaurant. The meat was very good, the bread basket unimaginative, my vegetables were overcooked and had water at the bottom of the saucer, the crudities were minimal and unimaginative ... it was a pleasant experience, but we wouldn't go back. I took friends out as a special thank you, we live in Norwich but had never been before, and we marked it, out of ten, 6,6,6.5,7. I thought that as it was Delia's restaurant and that as she is such a household name that the standard would have been better. I think she should get in there and raise the bar somewhat.

   We love going to Delias and use to go each month . What we don’t like is that the menu is now the same for 3 months. So tend not to go monthly as a result. We liked the previous multiple different menus of Delias lovely food.

    Myself and my best friend were given gift vouchers last Christmas so we decided we would visit Delia’s last weekend on the Saturday evening and it was amazing and as soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and most comfortable. All the staff were very nice and friendly and the ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful. And the food was delicious and the presentation well in my opinion it looked to nice to eat but I’m glad I did. We will definitely be returning soon. Absolutely brilliant and thank you
