Every dish is prepared to highlight freshness and flavour - tartness from pomegranate, dried lime and barberries, fresh herbs, nuts and seeds, yogurt and aromas of saffron, turmeric, rose, and sumac. Signature sourdough flatbread and crispy rice aka tahdeeg, as well as charcoal-finished chicken and beef, a rotation of vegetables dishes with produce from local farms. Desserts include date and walnut baklava and turmeric cake with orange blossom buttercream and saffron ice cream.

Plates are designed to be shared family style or enjoyed on their own, and are complemented by a curated wine list and unique cocktails

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The menu was incredibly creative, blending inspiration from Persian cuisine with a modern twist. It was evident that the chef had thoughtfully crafted a unique menu by drawing from the rich flavours of Persian and French culinary traditions. felt comfortable right away. menu was able to please a variety of diets and age ranges. we were pleasantly surprised with the variety of flavors and left us wanting to come back to try the rest of the offerings. we will return

The food at Delara restaurant was good—delicious and well-prepared. However, the experience ended on a disappointing note. After being questioned about the tip in an unprofessional manner, I brought up the server’s attitude and inappropriate wording with the manager. Her response shocked me: “Oh, that’s because he is a foreigner!” Hearing such a remark was upsetting and felt dismissive of the situation. While the food was great, professionalism and respect are equally important, and this incident left a negative impression. I hope they address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future customers.

We ordered the flat bread and the dips were delicious! Their special was short ribs and it was definitely the highlight.

Good food at somewhat reasonable prices. My chicken dish was a bit bland and not as well seasoned as I expected. The lamb dish my friend had was good as was the lentil dish.
