   Great food!!! The mushrooms were unbelievably good. The fish was perfectly cooked! The brussel sprouts were crunchy and tasty! The apple crumble was delicious! It would be better if it's warm and not cold; the flavors were all there though. Francesca was amazing at helping me with the reservation, she went above and beyond for getting a good table and making sure the menu options would be there for dinner time (as the menu was limited on Christmas day). Her friendly and professional kind attitude went a long way. Thank you for the hospitality Francesca!

   Food, service everything was amazing! We were there with family for our last night in NYC and we were not disappointed! A little pricey but huge portions and the steaks were cooked to perfection. We even had our own private room. Perfect dinner for our last night celebrating Christmas in NY!

   They preceded to take my 9:15 reservation even though the kitchen closed at 9:30. We rushed to order. Our waiter completely forgot to put in our appetizers. The steak was underwhelming. After the first couple of bites, it was completely downhill. Overall a pretty awful experience.

   Unprofessional manager!!! I made reservation at 7pm. Arrived 30 minutes before to make sure everything is going to be good. They told me my table is getting ready upstairs for 7 people they told us to come back at 7. When we came back they put us next to bar on high chairs table. We had small kids. My daughter fell off from the chair. I don’t know what this manager was thinking of when he sat us down on a high chairs with a five year old. Very unprofessional. Made us wait 40 more minutes for the table that was reserved. What is the point of making reservations?????

   Made a reservation here for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. The cheese steak eggrolls were 7/10, very good appetizer. We ordered the 45 year aged NY strip. It was undercooked, cold in the center, flavorless and cost $75 , I wanted to cry. We ordered the mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese for sides, mashed potatoes were good and macaroni and cheese was good but not great or worth the price. And I guess maybe they forgot about his birthday or maybe could read our faces that we were disappointed but they didn’t do anything for the birthday like they had said they would.

   Our server, Eva, was incredible. She was so kind, made great recommendations, and made sure my mom’s experience as an out of town visitor was pleasant. Thank you very much for the great experience!

    Came here for a business lunch with a client. We were seated very quickly and the ambience was wonderful. We sat in a booth nearby the bar and front windows so we had a lot of light and were able to see what we think may have been light flurries of snow. Lunch time rush also means there was a moderate amount of talking but nothing major to detract from our lunch. We had cheesteak egg rolls, ahi ahi tacos for appetizers and the group had steak, spinach, mashed potatos, and fries to share. Everything was delicious and the staff were very courteous and attentive.
