    The food was good. However the service was less than stellar. The server, I believe her name was Gabby appeared less than enthusiastic. We had to request basic items such as napkins and straws. The napkins that were brought to our table were not restaurant quality they were more like an industrial type napkin. When we asked for straws she appeared rather annoyed. This was my first experience here and will definitely be my last due to the level of service received this evening.

    Atmosphere was def. underwhelming and so was the food. We ordered the steak salad and it came drenched with dressing. I was hoping for a dining experience but it was truly just a below average restaurant in the city. I did roam the restaurant to see the other seating options and wasn't impressed so we just sat where we were seated. I am still sad that I missed out on an opportunity to eat elsewhere. I don't have much time to dine in the city and was really hoping for a vibrant upscale restaurant. On the flip side, the waiter was nice and attentive! Oh hum...

    I will be back fiancé and myself really loved the food, an ambiance. Service was slow, but that was okay. That could be better.

    Mac and cheese wasn’t cooked all the way, they got our temperatures for the steaks incorrect and server barely checked on us.

    Went for thanksgiving dinner. Took us over 2 hours to finish a meal with just 3 of us. My daughter’s kids meal was missed and came out last and was wrong. Our food was room temp. Husband’s steak was cooked wrong but didn’t want to send anything back since we had already waited so long. Service from kitchen was horrible. They were either understaffed or just didn’t care. Server was trying his best. Manager at kitchen yelling for HANDS all night had long hair, long beard (no nets) and was moving carpets while handling food and constantly fixing his hair. Kitchen working area had water bottles and other items around. Was an overall mess. No gloves used by manager getting plates, after watching him do all this. (We sat by the open kitchen). Felt sick after dinner. Will never be back.
