    outstanding shaved steak sandwich and dry aged burger…. Line to bathroom was outrageous. 10 people deep at most times. Sadly, we were sitting in the back of the restaurant and the line brushed by our table constantly…. Also noticed some tables were dressed appropriately with table cloths others were not ours wasn’t

    Food came out cold. We let the server know and no remedy was provided. Also had the side dish for my order not delivered entirely. Complete failure.

    This place is always so very packed, which is great for you guys, but not so great for those waiting. While we made reservation months in advance, it still took us away to 45 minutes. If you guys can have an overflow section dedicated to those of us who have to wait that would be great. Nobody wants to eat dinner at a table with other people standing around you waiting to be set. It’s very disruptive and ruins the experience.

    We had a 7:15 reservation, showed up 5 minutes early and were not seated till 8, after being told it would be 10-15 minutes. The hostesses were rude, and after telling us we were next proceeded to seat several parties of our size ahead of us. I finally stood right in front of them so they had to seat us. The server ignored us unless we flagged him down. Food was marginal. The manager did provide us with an appetizer on the house.
