   Food was not very good loved the bread , but the cream terrible ! Salmon not very tasty steam was good I'd prefer flemings they didn't have lobster Mac and cheese very upsetting

   I came to Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in Beverly Hills with high hopes. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disaster, with rude service & poorly prepared food ruining what should have been a fine dining experience. The server’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. While my date was ordering, he turned away mid-sentence ignoring her—not once, but twice—to chat with another server at a nearby table. When it was my turn to order, I requested the $90 Porterhouse steak cooked medium well. Instead of simply taking my order, the server scoffed and condescendingly suggested I order it well done or have it butterflied, implying that their kitchen couldn’t properly prepare a medium-well steak. This level of arrogance and dismissiveness was insulting and completely unacceptable. The neglect didn’t stop there. All of our waters and mixed drinks were left empty for the majority of the meal. The server never returned to refill our water or offer us another round of drinks, ignoring basic service expectations for any restaurant, let alone one claiming to be five-star. As for the food, it was just as disappointing. When my steak arrived, it was undercooked and raw in the center, far from the medium well I requested. After I sent it back, it was returned ten minutes later completely burnt, dry, and flavorless. For a $90 steak, this level of carelessness and lack of quality is unacceptable. The manager adjusted the bill, but it didn’t make up for the rude service, inattentiveness, & poorly executed food. Having previously enjoyed outstanding experiences at their other locations, I expected the same level of excellence here. Instead, the Beverly Hills location fell embarrassingly short. If you’re looking for exceptional service and quality food, skip this Del Frisco’s entirely. This was, without a doubt, the worst meal I’ve ever had in a place claiming to be a 5 star restaurant.

   Kevin was our waiter. He was exceptional as always. The food was amazing and everyone that works there is so nice and upbeat and friendly. It’s always a great place to visit.! It’s our favorite New Year’s dinner spot ! It’s so decadent !

   I was expecting better after having such a great experience at another Del Friscos location. The bar was great and the bartenders were also great and made terrific cocktails. The service in the dining area was a bit disappointing. They didn’t have the pork chop that was on the menu and the waiter seemed clueless about that. I even complained to the manager and he offered no resolution. My consolation was a complimentary 1/4 size of hibiscus cheesecake given to me by the waiter. Disappointing. I think I will opt for Flemings, Morton’s or Capital Grill again if I want great service.

   Service was amazing oysters so good my filet mignon with the bone in amazing mashed potatoes so good french fries so good sweet potato mash good everything was amazing

   The best part of the meal was the beginning (bread) and the end ( butter cake) The Ginger Scallion was bland, the crab cake appetizer with 1 small scoop, the oysters slimy, Filet Mignon was cooked nicely but way to peppered, and the Bass was too fishy (not fresh). And the bread was so good we ordered a second so we could clear our pallets. And many of the staff seemed confused which food went to what table. We did like the Ambianc! But we really came for the food. Disappointed.

   Food was excellent. Waitress was great. I had a surf and turf where the filet was tender and well seasoned. The shrimp and scallop were perfect. My wife’s bone in rib eye was also excellent and flavorful. Only negative was soup wasn’t served hot enough but the attentive staff took care of that problem right away. Speciality cocktail was also a treat. One of the better Christmas experiences I have had.

    Wonderful experience and great place to celebrate any special occasion. A few food items came out cold and had to be sent back but other than that, the staff and ambiance was great
