   A wonderful experience in a beautiful and historic setting. Dinner was fabulous with my wife and I both opting for filets that were cooked to perfection. Our waiter Jarod was new but performed flawlessly- he was amazing! Can’t wait to dine here again soon!

   My recent visit to Del Frisco’s Double Eagle on Thanksgiving was quite a disappointment, primarily due to the service provided by our waiter, Erik. Initially, Erik seemed attentive and promising, but his performance quickly declined once our food was ordered. We started with the A5 Wagyu and the Kobe as appetizers, which was over $200 alone - followed by each ordering a filet—my husband chose the bone-in, while I opted for the standard filet. Unfortunately, Erik intentionally put through an order for two bone-in filets, leading to an overcharge and never tried to correct or apologize for his mistake. Throughout our meal, Erik was nowhere to be found. We waited over 35 minutes for drink refills, boxes, and to address the incorrect order, but he never returned. Despite having only two tables initially, Erik was clearly overwhelmed when his tables increased to five. His frazzled and nonexistent service severely impacted our dining experience. Once Erik finally came over, we asked for the check, which was over $600 due to his mistakes. When we gave him our credit card, which had a novelty sticker on it that did not obstruct any information, he came running back and aggressively yelled at my husband, “Who makes this card!?!” three times. After we told him it was a Visa, he abruptly walked away to process it. He then came back, threw our credit card on the table, and threw the pen across the table at us. When I asked if there was an issue, he just walked away. This behavior is extremely unprofessional, and Erik should not be working with the public if he can't maintain professionalism and politeness. Especially when someone is spending that kind of money for a Thanksgiving meal, and it was only the two of us. Super rude.

   An excellent Thanksgiving experience. Our server Gabrielle and everyone that worked with our table of seven was excellent. The food was delicious and the ambience was great. It is a beautiful dining room and being upstairs we were out of the hustle and bustle which was good for the older folks at our table. Thanks for. Making this a memorable Thanksgiving

   The excellent food and drinks and service made for a very special meal. Eric was our server and he was awesome! He was very knowledgable of the menu choices, very attentive and pleasant. The music was a little too loud and I was happy to have my pashmina with me as it was pretty cold in there.

    Del Frisco’s is one of those restaurants you go back to over and over because it just does everything right! The ambience is unbeatable, food was delicious and our server Gabrielle was over the top amazing! She went above and beyond and is a reason we will keep coming back to Del Frisco’s!
