    Your system of handling customers who have a reservation has to be revised. It was no excuse to claim that the table I had reserved a long time ago was still occupied because the people that were eating there had paid their bill but would not leave the table.

    The filet, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole and bang bang shrimp were outstanding. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly.

    Great restaurant. Very pretty, nice wait staff. Why was the music BLASTING at the level of a rock concert? Is this fine dining? Not sure I could come back after 10 prior visits.

    The waiter was excellent with helping us with options and took care of us well he made my experience great his name was Maruf. Next time I go back I’m going to request for him

    We made reservations for my husband's birthday. We arrived and were seated pretty quickly. It took a minute for anyone to come get a drink order and when they did, it was a manager. He also took our order. We didn't see our server for over 20 minutes as he was super busy. We had very limited interactions with our actual server. The men's and women's bathrooms upstairs were in need of some serious attention. One of the men's stalls was so dirty, my husband wouldn't even use it. In the women's stall, there was water (hopefully) all over the toilet seat with toilet paper coming from the trash. It also looked like a rabbit shredded the toilet seat covers. Our tomahawk steak was delicious and cooked perfect for us... medium rare. The creamed corn wasn't super "creamed" but was still good and the roasted broccolini was delish! We were in and out in about an hour, which is faster than our other upscale steakhouses. In Austin, the steakhouses typically offer a free dessert for the celebrations and we didn't get that here. Not that we expected it, but it's worth pointing out.
