   We had a fantastic dinner for our daughters 19th birthday. Tomas and Mark provided great service and made our experience that much better. Can’t wait to return!

   Service was exceptional. However, we went primarily to have an outstanding culinary experience and chose this location because we felt the logistics of parking, traffic, etc. would be easier to navigate rather than going to the Seaport location. Turns out, that was not the best decision because the culinary experience at the Seaport location was FAR superior. We replicated our menu choices (lobster tail and bone-in prime ribeye). Seaport knocked it out the park; Back Bay - we returned the lobster tail, and the ribeye was really disappointing. Service, as previously stated, was exceptional starting from the hosts (Bella, Renee, and Sudeep), servers (Kaitlyn, Scott, Kevin, and Samara), and manager (Becca). All staff exemplify 'exceptional customer service' and seemed genuinely committed to a culture dedicated to the success of the restaurant. We also understand this location does not have a 'view' and do appreciate their responsiveness to our request for a booth. We probably had one of the best seats in the house and definitely enjoyed the music throughout our stay. Thank you.

   There were less that 10 people dining in the restaurant that night but the food and service was great as you would expect when we were pretty much the only table. Best steak I had eaten in a long time.

   The food was amazing . NY strip was cooked perfectly and crab cakes were amazing. The staff was really responsive and helpful choosing our meals. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

    While we were initially excited about the ambiance, the experience overall was disappointing. The private room was stunning but felt isolating. Service seemed slower and less attentive than we expected for a large party. For example: 1. We were not asked how we wanted our steaks cooked. 2. Leftover food, including full side dishes, was removed from the table without asking if we were done or wanted to box anything up. 3. The overall service lacked attention to details which made the celebration feel less special, especially for New Year’s Eve and a milestone birthday. We had hoped for a more polished and celebratory experience, especially given the occasion and the reputation of Del Frisco’s. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet our expectations, and I’m hesitant to return.
