Amazing ambience, fueled by otherworldly decor and unique cocktails. Food is light but the dishes are elevated. We tried the Halibut dip, and the Foie Mousse, which were both delightful.

How about this: Wow! The ambiance was incredible, and the staff were so lovely! The drink menu was super creative and delicious. We were stranded at a hotel due to a power outage in our area, and we're so glad we found this gem! You need to book in advance, but it's totally worth the wait. The drinks were pricey but worth every penny 💕 We'll definitely be back!

Deep Dive Cocktail Lounge, nestled at the base of Seattle’s iconic Amazon Spheres, offers an immersive experience that seamlessly blends artistic design with exceptional mixology. Conceived by renowned chef Renee Erickson, this establishment draws inspiration from classic hotel bars, presenting a modern yet timeless ambiance. Ambiance and Design Upon entering, guests are enveloped in a moody, underwater-themed setting reminiscent of an art installation. The interior, curated by artist Curtis Steiner, features antique maritime artifacts, taxidermied creatures, and glowing orbs, creating a surreal and captivating atmosphere. Cocktails and Cuisine The cocktail menu is both inventive and refined, offering a range of original creations alongside classic favorites. Notable selections include the “Guns and Rose” and “Ancho Libre,” both praised for their balanced and flavorful profiles. Complementing the drinks, the food menu features sophisticated small plates such as salmon rillettes with seeded crackers and a caviar-topped hot dog, providing a delightful culinary experience. Service and Experience Service at Deep Dive is attentive and professional, with staff demonstrating a deep knowledge of the menu and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience. The lounge’s intimate size, accommodating up to 30 guests, ensures a personalized and exclusive atmosphere. Reservations and Accessibility Due to its popularity and limited seating, reservations are highly recommended. Walk-in seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but guests should be prepared for potential wait times. Conclusion Deep Dive Cocktail Lounge stands out as a premier destination in Seattle for those seeking a unique and immersive cocktail experience. Its harmonious blend of artistic design, innovative cocktails, and refined cuisine makes it a must-visit for both locals and visitors alike.

I used OpenTable to let the staff know that our reservation was for a special occasion, and that we wouldn't have much time. The staff took it seriously, our service was absolutely amazing, and they got us out of there in time for our event that evening.

Top quality cocktails in a world all its own. Ambiance and overall vibe had a lo-fi magician's hidden under the waves. Cocktails were exactly what we asked for...and then some! Thanks!

Great quiet spot for fantastic made drinks. Not exactly a speakeasy as it’s not hidden at all. Still worth the visit for the drinks alone though.

In a city where it’s very challenging to find an environment that is chic, beautifully designed and special, Deep Dive stands out above all the rest. Beautiful bar menu, well prepared food and artisanal cocktails round out the details that matter. Be prepared for sticker shock, this is not the place to go on a budget!

Had a reservation for 4 at 9pm on a Thursday. Got there early at 8:30 to see if we could be seated earlier. There were DEFINITELY open tables available, but the host refused to seat us early and told us to come back at 9. While we were patiently waiting outside, multiple parties walked in and were seated immediately. The actual bar was neat. Vibes and decor are nice. Drinks are a bit pricey but pretty good. Host was annoying before we were seated and that threw the entire evening off. Overall, wasn't worth the time, effort, and money spent.
