   Amazing service by Jillian (?). The food was excellent as well. Will definitely be back. Not quite a place for business dinners. The place is nice enough but the clientele are sloppy resort visitors. So while it could be a great place for business meals they don't hold a high enough standard to get there.

   Deep Blu is far better than your typical hotel restaurant. Our server, Rebekah, was top notch. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Our only complaint was the room temperature, which was probably comfortable for the busy servers, but too cool for us sedentary customers.

   The service was superb. We had crab cakes, clam chowder and the tostadas and everything was very tasteful and cooked perfectly. For dinner I had an issue with my swordfish too salty bit the waitress was fast and offered me options. She brought me the Burrata salad which I loved!

   Salmon and crab cakes were our favorite. Nice to have a good meal instead of the fast food we’d had for a few days because of rushing around Disney parks

   We made reservations for 6 of us for dinner. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Server was helpful in making wine choices. We have eaten there in past years and happy to see the quality is still there

   It was a Valentine's date with husband, we were very unimpressed. First, the restaurant was half full at 8pm, and they were very obviously understaffed. I am pretty sure our server was the manager, as she had no name tag or apron, although she did not state that. Deep Blu seems to have something against trays, as our drinks were brought to us one at a time. There was an outside light shining into the restaurant on many tables, I am sure this was not the first time it happened, but hotel does not seem interested in addressing it. Drinks were fine, food was good, but we never saw our "server" after the food was dropped off until we were finished and ready to pay. Then we had to flag her down. One of the food runners looked like she had just gotten back from the parks, wearing jeans and ears? I would not recommend Deep Blu to anyone based on our experience, but it may have been a bad night - I'll never know...

   Delicious food: Had the grouper and swordfish. Service was polite and attentive. Great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend eating here!

   We were welcomed warmly and wished happy birthday by the hostess and our waiter. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Our food was well prepared and delicious! We ended the evening with an amazing chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday!

    Classy restaurant in the Wyndham Bonnet Creekk hotel. Very expensive. 2 Jack and Diet Cokes $40. Good food but not exceptional. Limited menu. Outstanding mussels and crab Mac and cheese. Great service.
