   Service was slow and inattentive, Aperol spritz was flat (although they made me a fresh one when I complained but no orange slice), salmon was dry and over cooked (although to be fair I forgot to ask for it to be cooked medium rare), fish tacos were dry. We had a nice table outside, and the ambience was nice.

   Great location and open air seating. It’s a hotel restaurant so go in with this expectation. Super friendly service and food was good too, no complaints. But this is not a fancy date spot or getting a Michelin star anytime soon.

   I made reservations here sight-unseen because of a positive review or two. In our experience, our food was WAY overpriced for what we were served. The drinks were unimpressive (my almost-$20 drink was made up mostly of a LARGE ice cube). I chose the restaurant mainly for the "view", but it was only a hotel balcony by a pool. We had reservations created a month prior and still weren't seated anywhere near any sort of ambiance that would have made the experience different than a mediocre indoor restaurant. And on top of it all, our waiter only came to our table once to get our drink and food order (at the same visit), once to rush by and tell us he apologized for being MIA, and once to bring us the electronic payment system so I could pay. When we left, we went directy to Hau Tree and were served great food and amazing drinks by waiters who wanted to be there while we looked out at the beach and the ocean.

   雰囲気も料理も最高でした。しかし、日曜日の夜にもかかわらず、追加の飲み物が運ばれるまで30分かかりました。更に会計をお願いして店を出るまで25分かかりました。 ウエイトレスの方がフレンドリーだっただけに、少々残念です。 なお、追加の飲み物はディスカウントされました。

   Despite having a reservation for 7pm and arriving a few minutes early, our group was finally seated at 7:30 pm. The hostess was rude and dismissive.

   子供と2人で行きましたが、予約しててもテーブルに着くのが15分以上待たされ、更にはテーブルのサーブスタッフが誰だかわからず注文を取りに来てくれないので近くのスタッフに話しかけても、自分が担当じゃないと言って全然オーダー取りに来てくれませんでした。30分以上経って怒り気味に誰がサーブスタッフなのか？かなりの時間を待っているけど全然オーダー取りに来ないぞっと別のスタッフに話しかけたら、サーブスタッフ交代して自分が担当になると言ってくれてようやく注文出来ました。料理は美味しかったですが、サービスが悪いので、評価は低いです。
