   Highly disappointed with the food. Ordered the tomahawk. It was cold and the mashed potato’s tasted like it came out a box.

   Expectations were blown away to say the least. Richard, our waiter was fantastic, he knew the menu like the back of his hand and gave us recommendations since it was our first time dining at Dean’s. Richard’s customer service was phenomenal and so was the food. Highly recommend.

   Richard was our AWESOME server. He gave us cards with a QR code to submit a review but it sent us to some other website. Anyway, great food, great service. YUM.

    I had the filet and my husband had the dry aged NY strip. We give the steaks 4 stars. Not bad but not spectacular and not the best in Charlotte. Our server was outstanding.
