Stepping onto the London restaurant scene, Davies and Brook sees chef Daniel Humm come full circle. It was here, as a 15-year-old, that he first found his feet in Claridge’s kitchen. Now, more than 25 years later, Daniel returns with a single goal: to create the most delicious and gracious dining experience.

While sharing some influences with Daniel’s iconic Eleven Madison Park, the food, interior and feel of Davies and Brook combine to create a Michelin-star restaurant that’s entirely its own with the menu reflecting London’s eclectic cultural scene. Alongside signature dishes, such as the much-loved and lauded dry-aged duck glazed with honey and lavender and the already iconic Claridge’s Fried Chicken (dubbed CFC), there are new arrivals each season. Blending British seasonality with global inspiration – with a few surprises along the way – this is food that leaves a lasting memory.

Without doubt the BEST restaurant I’ve been to for years. Better experience than the Fat Duck, way better service than The Savoy and overall the perfect place for a special occasion

Absolutely fantastic experience highly recommended. Everything was absolutely excellent. Our waiter Manwel was brilliant. Definitely booking again.

Very impressive technique, terrific service, tiny portions. The focus is on a protein + something on each plate. Expect sides? Forget it. All delicious but one doesn’t expect to leave a three course lunch hungry. I wonder if they are really all about the tasting menu and the a la carte is basically unloved. They give you granola to take away; I rather felt I needed it.

Superb in every way. Outstanding service which combined amiability with efficiency. The food was absolutely delicious. One of London’s finest. It’s up there with the best!
