   We return again and again. The cuisine is innovative yet like comfort food; the cocktails are sensational. We like the wait staff and the chefs; overall a 90% pleasant experience

   Excellent food that is very nicely presented. Staff are universally pleasant and good at their jobs. We regularly come to David's 388 and are never disappointed.

   We’ve been to David’s many of times. We love it. The past two visits weren’t like the ones we experienced to keep coming back. We came for a birthday dinner, I don’t know if there are new cooks but the food was not up to par like in the past. We ordered risotto which was soupy and the special fish dish which was overcooked and cold on arrival. Mentioned to new waiter who didn’t know how to respond when we said the food was just OK. I didn’t finish my meal it was that bad- and I told the waiter it was overcooked- I just got a bill for it. There seems to be a notable change with a lot of new staff and vibe of the restaurant. Not in a rush to come back after an expensive mediocre dinner.

   What a fantastic experience we had at this gem of a restaurant. Food was outstanding and our server couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Our food was honestly one of the best meals we have had in ages. Highly recommend.

   This was the over all best meal out I've had in a long time. The service was great, every thing was fresh and expertly done. It just couldn't have been better, thank you.
