   The manager was great and let us sit a little early over by the big screens it wasn’t open yet. My grandson wanted to watch baseball there while we ate. That’s a really nice area to eat. And away from the noise mostly. The food is pretty good. It’s just a little bit expensive overall. But where isn’t now? The people are nice and the place is great. There’s a lot to do. There are a lot of cool games, but not so many if you’re talking very small toddlers. Chuck E. Cheese is the place for them.

   The waitress took so long to bring our food out and was not very tentive to us!!! All we order was appetizers and it took almost 30 minutes for them to bring it out!! The fries were cold and soggy when they gave it to us and my husband had to tell them to remake it for us but it took them another 10 - 15 minutes just to bring it out to us!! so we were not too happy with the food service!!

   Making a reservation was a waste of time! First they couldn’t find it, then when they found it we were informed there were no servers on duty. The “manager” then pushed 2 tables together and left. When our server arrived 46 mins later, she informed me that because of party size, our tip would “automatically “ be 20%. Unfortunately, automatic tips do not guarantee automatic good service! We opted for the “eat and play” combos so the kids could play games (family luncheon) and the only decent part of the whole experience was the kids getting to play games in the arcade. We did notice other tables/guests getting attentive service and actually approached one of them to get a part of order that hadn’t been brought to us. When it was time to leave, I had to hunt down our server. Not worth the money!

   I made a reservation completely last minute cancelling my daughters bday party at one location due to not a lot of people rsvping so D&B was perfect for a bunch of kids and parents. It was pretty busy I’m so glad I made our reservation. Xavier was our server and he went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken take of we had 19 people in our party I also communicated with him a couple will be coming in late and he had no problem with that we got everything ordered in a timely manner. Food came out at different times but that was not our servers fault whatsoever he even apologized if anything I could recommend is that all food be brought out at the same time but again it was a super busy night the kids wanted to play more than eat which was great overall. I would definitely love to come back and have Xavier be our server again he is the best and definitely would love to come back to D&B we don’t come here often now we will definitely make it a priority even our guests want to come back great job ☺️

   Waited over 20 min for the check and forgot two people in my party’s drinks had to remind two times . Not sure seemed very staffed for the weekend .

   One of the ladies that was working there as a host was very rude, with super low energy on Super Bowl day. She walked me to my table and had an attitude the whole time for I don’t know what reason. Even my child noticed it and asked for us to leave. Due to her. Wished I’d remember her name. We ended up going somewhere else to watch the Super Bowl. I’m very disappointed.

    We liked the location of our table and the main course was good. My grandson got the garlic/ parmesan fries and I got the standard fries. Both of our fries were fairly limp and not crispy at all. Possibly that was the cook's intention, but we prefer them to have a different consistency.
