   The hostesses don’t know how to establish wait times as when we showed up for our 5:45 reservation and we were told it would be an additional 45 min wait . It ended up being only 15 mins. Then we weren’t notified via text, email or other form of message of our seat I had to come to the hostess stand to find out there was a table. Our server was excellent. The problem as I see it is the support staff to the wait staff needs work. We didn’t get silverware because there wasn’t any wrapped. Server had to track down silverware and what seemed like paper towels. The previous time I was at Dave and busters they got my daughter’s burger wrong right from the kitchen. And before that a whole list of issues with service across the board. I emailed the General manager last night from the location as she had mentioned if I had ANY other problems to let her know. I have not received any reply back.

   It was my son birthday and nothings special happened, l mean they ask , who’s birthday but thats it nothing else, not even oh ok hbd nothing They need more of training of customer service For the hype, that ppl was tellin me to go , it wasn’t all that , for our first time plus games was messing up, just taking chips but not working well , I say a 5. The one in the city in manhattan was a way better experience we had, more fun , food was better everything else way better Sad because I been goin to D&B for over 15 years This has been the lease experience we had , goon there to the new one in Johnson city ny Hopefully next time it will be better

   We sat at the bar while after our meal . Marcy was amazing ! Friendly and very helpful with how everything works. Our waitress when we eat (can’t recall) was also very friendly and patience with us since we had a couple kids that struggled to order. Next time we go we will sit at a both so we can eat while the kids play

   We had a reservation and were glad of that; the restaurant was very packed. We were seated very quickly, got service quickly and got our food quickly. The burgers, fries and coleslaw were amazing and so were the cheese sticks. But the chicken strips were too overdone and very greasy. Kind of spiced funny too. The games that were played while we were there were funny - a "beer pitcher" holding challenge, and some NFL trivia.

   Good food, great staff, fun games. So many TVs with all kinds of events playing. It is very loud and games are a bit pricey. Johnson City location is new and very nice with lots of free parking. Fun for kids and adults. Gluten free and vegan options on the menu.

   Our server was absolutely fabulous! We were a large group with people sitting down, playing games, etc and she made sure to get everyone’s drink orders and always was available when we needed refills or to order more apps. Very attentive, friendly and we very much appreciated it! Great experience for everyone!

   Celebrated my birthday with friends and family!! We had a large group and everyone was so accommodating. The employee's were absolutely wonderful we all had a great night. Thank you Dave and Busters kitchen staff for great food and thank you to all the severs for helping make my birthday one I'll remember.. It really was alot of fun for my entire family!!
