   The bone in wings were okay, they were very big but if you want something and not be disappointed then go for the wings

   With a reservation, I didn't think there'd be waiting involved. The wait for the server was too long and ghost-like. I would have appreciated a greeting at my appointment time by my server, even if they were unable to start my order. I would've appreciated an introduction at my reserved time. Other than the 30 minutes wait time beyond my reservation, the server was nice and accommodating. Our children had a blast and they liked the food. On the other hand, the house salad was horrible and not fresh. Oh my goodness, the cherry tomatoes were rubber-like (unbelievable). I didn't complain but I know not to order salads ever again. Of ciurse, the games were lots of fun for our children and our youngest (6-year-old) was begging to return the next morning.

   Wait time for food is INSANE, will not be returning to eat there ever again. Food was also nasty as hell.

   For my review I didn't get a chance to experience the place. I reserved and then was told that a private event is going on and to come back around 730. I setup a second reservation for 715- 730 and was told that the event now ends at 10pm. So I waited and wasted time to be told no entry except for private event.

   Arcade was great. Good games, lots to choose from for adults and kids. Food was pretty good! Service was pretty bad, waited at the host stand for almost 5 min with no workers around and then drinks took 5 min as well. Just a little slow. Other than that we had a great time.

   We went to watch the game and enjoy some ‘bar’ food and play games. Overall it was about what we game for except for one glaring thing—the availability of service and pace was one of the worst things I have experienced. We had a reservation this past Thursday night. restaurant was not crowded at all. We stood at the checkin stand for about 10 minutes alone before we were approached to be seated. About 15 min at table before server came over. It just continued like that through the whole night 5-10 min after drink order before they came, etc, etc… When we were at the checkin table a patron walked out past us and said “be prepared to wait.” He was right in point. The servers were nice enough, very kind, funny, etc… I think they either weren’t mobilized right in the restaurant, weren’t enough of them, or it was just their pace. All service and movement was definitely at a casual stroll in a very big restaurant area. I’m not sure about going back.

   I’m typically not one to leave a bad review but I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. After being sat we didn’t see our waitress for about 20 minutes. When we finally did she said she would be right back but then didn’t we see her for probably another 15 minutes and she came and got our food and drink order. Our drinks came out with our food so we had nothing to drink while waiting. A different waitress brought this out. It was just me and my boyfriend at the table and we both ordered pretty small things so we were done eating about 10 minutes after receiving our food. We were ready to leave pretty much as soon as we were done because we had somewhere to be but we once again didn’t see our waitress for 20 minutes after being done eating (this was the second time we had seen her since we sat down) and she came with refills that we needed 15 minutes prior and I politely asked for the check and we left. I’ve worked in the service industry since I got my first job so I completely understand being busy and that honestly would’ve excused all of this but that was just not the case. There were a couple of other tables around (she was not the only waitress working) but definitely not enough to explain the amount of waiting we had to do

    The service was sooooo slooooowww. It was a slow day for diners <6 tables but it was some of the slowest food service I’ve experienced. It took forever to just get our order in then a slow wait for drinks and even slower for the food. Our two young nephews were getting impatient with the wait of nearly an hour…for burgers and wings. The food was okay but not hot, fries were cold but I couldn’t get the server to come back to the table. One nephew (9) got a headache waiting for food and left with me while husband and other nephew (10) played games for an hour and had fun with that. It was a first time at D&B for my husband and I…it’s a shame the dining experience wasn’t better. I wouldn’t recommend D&B for dining but the games are great for kids big and small.
