   Our waiter was great! He was very friendly and polite. Very disappointed with the hostess table. Had reservations for a week and was told there was no table after waiting a half an hour after our reservation time. We were told that people were not at there tables because they were playing games. There were many empty tables and the host was very rude. A manager had to tell the host to seat us. Very frustrating experience especially with booking a reservation.

   Waited 20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. Once seated, we waited an additional 30 minutes to even receive menus. I know this Dave and Busters isn't known for their service, but this was appalling. We were asked to wait a few minutes when we got there because they had "just seated a bunch of other people" (this is literally the base level of service at a restaurant, but ok), waited 15 minutes and then reminded them that we still hadn't been seated. When I asked why we couldn't sit at one of the 13 tables I saw available throughout the place, they said only 2 servers were working. Interestingly enough, there were 5 employees standing around at the "hostess" station, and 4 standing at the bar. Complete trash.

   Dave and busters is always a fun time for fun and games but the service was terrible. We had a reservation and they didn’t even call us we had to wait fifteen minutes over our time and then ask the hostess if they were ready yet. Service was okay. She could have tried to smile alittle but she didn’t seem to care we waited forever just for drinks alone. The food was delicious though. We have coins left so we will be back but hopefully we will have better service.

   We went here for my son’s birthday. Our server was fantastic! My son and his friends had a great time. They enjoyed the variety of games and snack food. It’s a bit loud inside but it’s to be expected at a place like this.

   Our table reservation was at 6:30, we didn’t get called until an hour later. Food service was slow. We didn’t get everything we ordered and we had to change our original drinks due to the kitchen running out of supplies.

   The atmosphere was nice for our family night out. Two pitfalls, they didn’t have our reservations and we waited forever for our waitress each step of the way. We weren’t in a hurry but it took a great deal of time just to get boxes and the check. The games were so fun. We rarely had to wait to play. Large selection of games which is nice for all ages.

   First let me say the food was absolutely delicious but way overpriced for what you get. I had to ask three different people for silverware. Our waitress kept disappearing and when we were done with our food we found out why. She was also working the front ticket table. We never got the refills on the drinks we asked for and the food took 30 minutes to come out (we had a medium steak with fries and a pasta dish) and that was after waiting 10 minutes to even be greeted and our drink order taken. When the food came out we saw our waitress but didn't see her again until she was ready to give us our check. Definitely not worth it. It's basically a glorified Applebee's with a weird food menu.

    We never got refills, wrong food for the bacon burger, cold kids macaroni with stiff cold fries. No cotton candy on our cereal killer shake, it’s advertised with cotton candy. We waited way too long just to get a water and we had to ask multiple times for the kids icee. When purchasing game cards, three females at the desk weren’t helping but rather flirting with boys. We waited for 20 minutes before even being helped, mind you those males did NOT purchase game cards! So was our birthday dinner for our kids worth $320? Absolutely not! Games were the only good part of our service.
