   Good pub atmosphere. Good food choices. Mahi-mahi taco app was delicious. Fish and chips delicious but the steak and fries grisly, beef was poor quality.

   It was very loud and our table was almost in a doorway so the amount of times my chair was hit by someone walking by i lost track. Also everytime someone came or went outside we got quite a breeze of very cold air. Was a minus 17 in Ottawa. I understand restaurants wanting to make money with putting in as many patrons as possible but consider the experience to the client.

   The food was great. Our table was neatly against a wall and seemed cozy enough at first glance however, it turned out to be extremely drafty. I had read this was an issue with the restaurant and asked for a warm spot upon reserving the table to no avail. Every time a group came in the whole room filled with cold air. They need to install an airlock door or air curtain. It's not an insignificant issue. Not sure why it's being ignored. A shame really. Another weird thing, they ran out of spoons. We were given butter knives to stir our coffee.

   Was a good overall dinner for pub food. French fries under the fish were lukewarm. More coleslaw would have been nice (to offset the guilty pleasure of French fries).

   Very convenient when attending the NAC. Good children's menu. Had the fish taco . Filling was great. Wish the soft shell had been hot/warm instead of straight out of the fridge cold. Great service . Will go back again!

   Reserved a table for two on what was ultimately a very busy night. Unfortunately the table they set aside for us was not in a desireable location. We literally had to wear our coats/jackets for the duration of our meal because it there was a consistent cold wind blowing in our direction. Staff were apologetic but were not able to offer a better table. My belief is a restaurant should reserve a desired table for a couple who took the time to reserve a table two weeks prior to our night out instead of seating us in a wind tunnel. Service was good,food was OK.

    We were seated at the bottom of the stairs on the lower floor. It was a very cold evening and as a result we were freezing cold and nothing was done about it. Made fir a very unpleasant experience.
