Da Andrea Restaurant is a locally-owned and operated, it is a Northern Italian restaurant in the heart of West Village, New York City that has been around for more than two decades.

Da Andrea offers traditional Italian cuisine, regional specialties, seasonal dishes, an extensive wine selection and craft cocktails for our guests to enjoy. The restaurant's specialty is homemade, handcrafted fresh pasta, which we have perfected since we have opened. The chefs also offer delicious homemade entrees and risotto that are made with fresh, local ingredients, that use traditional Italian recipes.     Food was outstanding, not a long wait, very quaint atmosphere, staff was very accommodating and food did not take forever to come out. Would definitely go back again.

    We ordered the pappardelle and it was not the best i had, was watery and a bit tasteless. Osso Buco served with polenta, very good dish. Within probably 3 minutes of ordering our food, our meals were brought to our table which is really probably a large part of the problem. They working so fast to turnover tables that the food suffers. The wait staff was friendly and attentive but the food just was not good. We won’t be returning.

    The food came out quickly and the staff was so nice and accommodating. They were super busy and were 45 minutes late due to car problems and when we called and let them know they were happy to help and make sure we had a table when we got there. When we got there they made it a point to make sure everybody was okay and were extremely thoughtful and kind.

    My friend and I had dinner here after a day of shopping and walking through New York City. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with pleasant servers and staff, and all aspects of our food were fantastic. My friend had the beef carpaccio salad, which she loved as well as the homemade raviolis, which were like nothing I had ever tasted before. I had the salmon fillet, which was also delicious and served over cauliflower and spinach. It was a delightful dining experience, and we will definitely be back.

    We were 4 friends meeting for Sunday brunch at Da Andrea, really wanting to catch up with each other but also enjoying the food, ambience and delightful charm of the restaurant. The waitstaff were so kind and accomodating of how we savored not just the food, but the company of our friends. Would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you to Da’ Andrea for being a restaurant that understands hospitality.

    A wonderful place in the heart of Greenwhich village , very welcoming stuff at the front willing to help and accommodate you, service was outstanding even tho it was very busy and food was delicious
