   Host was not helpful and we were told we didn’t have a reservation when we arrived. Host was not accommodating and couldn’t help us even though we had a reservation. I have never had any issues with Open Table reservations

   Steak was excellent. The crab cake wasn't warm. Tasted like it had been frozen then microwaved. No salt or pepper on the table.

   Not sure why but we did not get seated for our 7:00 pm reservation. They allowed the table we were to have for a party of 6 to be detained and held over for the guests before us. We walked out not sure we will ever go back too bad too

   The food and atmosphere are amazing. Loved the entire experience. If you get desert you must have the browned butter cake! To die for!

   Dined on a slow Sunday evening, it was quiet and there was only 2 other tables when we sat down. Amy was our waitress and she was kind and attentive. I ordered the filet medallions, pretty good flavor from the grill, the sauce was delicious and the potatoes were creamy and flavorful— meat was tender and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had the sirloin he said it was dry and a tough. We didn’t say anything about it though because I know that cut of meat tends to be that way. Good cocktail and a free birthday dessert for his 25th. I would come back, curious what the hotel next door is like!

   First time to new steakhouse/bourbon bar in town. Ambiance was nice. Hostess took my coat. That’s the best part of this new spot. App- calamari $21. Frozen, lacking seasoning, very few. Entree- KY beef Sirloin. Over cooked. Asparagus charred. Bland. Gave me discount due to food over cooked. Drink- old fashioned was short. Bourbon selection was greatly lacking. Cost- expensive Service- bartenders were great.

   My husband and I had 24 hours to get away and we decided on the Delegate. The restaurant Cypress & Oak did not disappoint. We started off with a few apps and drinks. The bar made an excellent Paloma. A little sad about their bourbon selection, but the drinks were made very well. Main course consisted of steaks and potatoes (I know we are so basic). Steaks were easily 8/10 but the sides were a disappointing 6/10; very bland. The service was great and the atmosphere was nearly perfect. We can't wait to go back with friends in the spring/summer time.

   Came here on a guys trip. Were staying at the delegate next door so made a reservation here. Ordered a bunch of food family style. The Seafood Chowder, Shrimp Cocktail, and Crab Cakes were all great! Steaks (porterhouse, ribeye, filet medallions) were perfectly cooked, and recommend getting the sauces they offer, they were all very good! Probably the best old fashioned we had while on our trip! All around would recommend and go back for sure!

    Food was very good. We had steaks and Parmesan truffle fries. They were all delicious! Restaurant is decorated well and server was friendly and helpful.
