    First time dining at Cuba, 1958. Ambience, food and service was great. Jose our server was very knowledgeable and attentive . Meals came out together. We were not rushed, and portions are generous.

    The overall experience at Cuba 1958 was wonderful. The food was delicious, especially the croquettes de jamón y queso and the arroz con pollo. The service was a little lackluster, but it might have just been that one server.

    The sampler appetizer was very good. Sangria tasted like it had no alcohol and Lechon asado was dry. Black beans very good and yucca w mojo too!

    Overall the food was excellent along with the service. Our food was out in a timely manner. The owner stopped at our table making the rounds in the place show real interest in our experience. Classy. My only complaint was the noise level was high but that could have been due to the birthdays in the place and the place was completely full. Overall great and we will be back.

    I wanted to like this place so much. The atmosphere and vibe were great. But the food did not deliver. Empanadas were served though still frozen in the center. Flank steak was unusually stringy and dry. Though disappointed, I will give it another try.
