At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. What a wonderful day for good food at Crown Republic. Everything was fresh. The atmosphere was alive. The servers were on spot and very attentive. Managers were touching tables and making sure guests were happy. Thank you, Anthony for providing a great space for a business lunch.

A nice variety of wonderful and fresh food, served up beautifully. The volume in the restaurant was pleasant and it was easy to carry on a conversation. Cocktails were tasty, but a little pricey. Overall, a great experience!!

House specialty - Pastrami - was far too fatty. Fries were cold, limp and soggy. When I complained to the hostess she apologized - but made no attempt to mitigate the problem. Even the drink was unacceptable. How difficult can it be to make a good Gin & Tonic? I paid the $100 check and left very, very disappointed.

Was there for lunch with work colleagues. Server was pleasant and efficient. Food was excellent and not a long wait for the four of us. It was a little noisy on the day we went (12-1pm) which could be expected at that time but it was a little hard to hear each other & we were at a normal sized table.

It was our first time at Crown Republic and it did not disappoint! Our food was so good! Our server was also on top of it. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a casual night out or date night out.
