Der Küchenstil von Matti Hönig unseres Küchenchefs ist absolutes Crossover, frische, regionale und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte perfekt verarbeitet und kombiniert. Besondere Einflüsse aus der levantinischen Küche, gepaart mit Klassikern aus Frankreich, Italien, Asien und feine Mediterrane Akzente. Sehr ausgewogen mit Vegetarischen und Veganen Gerichten, Superfood und besonderen Gewürzen. Vegetarisch 65 € pro Person.

      wir hatten zu viert, das Sharing Menü, und es war einfach großartig. Sehr überraschende und kreative Kombinationen, aromatische Vielfalt und wunderbare Qualität. Der Service war top!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

      Sehr aufmerksam im Service in schönem Ambiente. Die Empfehlung des Share-Dinners haben wir gerne angenommen. Dafür spricht, dass wir Gerichte probieren konnten die wir sonst nicht bestellt hätten. ZB den Sitzkohl oder die Aubergine. Super abgestimmte und interessant gewürzt. Dem Tuna dürfte für mich bisschen mehr Wasabi / Sojasauce beigefügt werden . Das Dessert war winzig, aber ausreichend für den Abschluss. Warnen würde ich vor dem ersten Starter- nicht Zuviel von dem leckeren Weißbrot und Pita dazu essen-;)).
