   Wonderful experience—had the tasting menu and it was lovely. Lobster Bisque, salad, rib eye and filet mignon and two wonderful desserts— monkey bread and pana cota. Servers were knowledgeable and friendly. Was a great birthday dinner.

   I love the use of woods, blue accents, and amber lighting. The wait staff was friendly. The lobster bisque was out of this world, creamy, but not too rich and we could really taste the lobster. The driver scallops and steak were cooked perfectly. We ordered the deconstructed cheesecake and monkey bread and they both were so flavorful with the fresh peaches and the candied walnuts/pecans.

   HORRIBLE-VERY DISAPPOINTED! We visit Vegas Fri-Tues every month, so we’ve tried many fine restaurants on/off the strip. We picked Craftsteak to celebrate our Anniv. It’s our 4th time there, svc have always been good, not greatest compare to others in Vegas. Always liked Tom C’s especially Heritage, amazing food and service there! I’ve noticed the difference in the staff at both places. Understanding it was a wknd nite, not slammed, we waited patiently for our food. Food came, hubby’s steak was only warm even in their copper skillet, my fish was cold in the middle! NO ONE came by to check on us AT ALL, we were TOTALLY IGNORED through entire dinner! Server, Victor, walked by several times, did check on table less than 2ft. next to us, but not us. Managers were standing/talking right behind us, but could have gone to check on tables as well. I’ve worked as a server in a fine dining restaurant so I know what is expected in each position. I don’t like to complain or have food brought back, so we ate. Even sat awhile before plates got picked up. Got 1st water refilled after meal was finished. Asked for check, then spoke to manager, Kyle, nothing was offered, only apologized, with a hope for a future return. We didn’t want or expect anything, just to be aware of the service! We still tipped as suggested even though it wasn’t fully deserved. Basically, a host greet/brought us in, server greet/took our order, runner brought our food. There were no other words or any interactions in between, just waiting for our food. Oh, they did bring out a 2 biter choc. torte, used to be a reg size order piece, knowing it’s our anniversary, which we didn’t bother eating it since our Anniv. dinner was already ruined! It’s just unacceptable when seeing your server(s)is talking @ station and walked by many times w/o ck’jng on us. I can honestly say we will never go back or recommend this restaurant due to their service/staff especially when there are SO SO MANY options in Vegas!

   Everything at this restaurant was 10 out of 10. Best steak I’ve had in a very long time! I’m never going anywhere else. Plus they made my anniversary extra special with a special dessert. Love this place! Definitely recommend

   Seating was fast with reservations, our 3 waiters were awesome, the many courses were delicious and I could not finish everything! This is the greatest dining experience I've had so far.

   Craftsteak always delivers with stellar steaks and table service. Wagyu and prime at perfect temperature were enjoyed along with seafood accompaniments. The only lacking dish was the Caesar salad. A dish I will just skip since we had two failed experiences with it. Not worthy of your time. The frisee on the other hand — fantastic. Lobster bisque, the meats, the bread, …all standouts. Have dined here twice recently and having experienced the same problem, I do have to share a negative. Both times the hostess had an attitude and was dismissive and bordering on rude to us and our guests when arriving 10 minutes early for our reservation. That sadly is a reflection of how difficult it is to find employees to be your ambassadors. Additional training is needed. How about “hello, welcome to craftsteak…” as a start. The poor front experience is a turnoff and truly needs to be addressed if possible. It is important to note that table service and bar service are entirely different. You feel ensconced and welcomed through the entire experience. Thank you for delivering consistent experience there.

    Not very comfortable to go as a couple when a lot of business groups are there - very loud! And they moved another table to the group next to us, so the other guys were only a half meter away from us.
