   Our waiter was terrible! Didn’t see him very much and never had water refills. The host looked stressed and scattered. I noticed it didn’t seem to be just us that was experience terrible service

   Great location in LA Live. Got seated promptly and did not see a server for 15 minutes. Ordered drinks , appetizers, and water and took another 20 minutes for drinks and still no water. They were out of chili (they did not tell me until 15 minutes after ordered) , no broccolini, and a couple of others that I do not remember. We arrived at 5 and did not get served our main course until 6:25. Server was friendly, but super slow and really unattentive and it was not a busy evening. Order was incorrect and we were in such a hurry for a concert, we ate quickly and left. Food was good. First time here and we asked ourselves it was a new restaurant as there were many many kinks. Go back? If I have plenty of time and do not have somewhere I have to be.

   Food was ok, nothing special. Server was not attentive. One of our items we ordered never made it to the table and were charged for it. Beware of service fees and credit card fees. If I had known there was a 3% charge for using a credit card, I would have used my debit card.

   Our service was horrible and the food was cold. The manager did not accommodate any of the issues. Very disappointing

   We were taken to a table next to a table full of dirty dishes and used glasses and napkins. We looked around and saw lots of other tables full of dirty dishes. We thought maybe they just had a rush and were short on staff so we said we’d just sit at the bar. The bar and tables in the bar were also full of used glasses. We felt uncomfortable in a place that either didn’t have enough staff or didn’t care about dirty dishes. So we left and did not eat there.

   Sat down 20 mins later no waiter. We kept asking and they kept saying we get your waiter. We end up leaving after 20mins.

   Overall the experience was okay. My friend and I checked out the menu online before arriving at the restaurant only to find the items we wanted to order were actually not on the menu when we sat down. She doesn’t eat beef therefore having majority everything being beef options was kind of a bummer when online there were more chicken options like a chicken sandwich and such. Also, we ordered cocktails and my glass was dirty on the outside. It looked like it had some of the left over michelada rim caked onto the outside of the glass, but since it took a bit to receive our drinks and we were in a hurry due to the Kings game starting soon I didn’t make a fuss and just found a clean surface rim and drank from that part. My friend ordered the grilled chicken breast and awhile after ordering our server came back to tell her they were out of the chicken breast so even the small options of chicken items she had to choose from, they were out of so she had to reorder something in the moment which was disappointing. The server suggested the half chicken which she felt she kind of had to pick since that was the only other option and that plate came out almost immediately as if they were planning on brining it to her regardless. Overall it was a quick and whatever meal before the game, don’t feel like we need to come back though

   We wanted to try out a new spot for dinner after a Kings game but were severely disappointed. They were sold out of chicken, tri tip, and potatoes and all associated side dishes made with the latter. The brisket - supposedly their signature dish - was dry and had a strange aftertaste. No one from my group was pleased with their orders, including the mixed drinks. Service was really slow and two tables that sat down after us were served before us. Had heard good things about this chain but apparently they have not yet figured things out for this location.

    I have never been at a restaurant when they were out of so many items!! They were out of Chardonnay, sparkling Rose, spinach dip, chili etc. It was odd and did not make for a good dining experience. Our server was very sorry and I am sure it is hard for her to have to tell clients that they are out of something. Not a good place to put employees in!
