   I went after the rush from a basketball game. The server was clearly tired but still very kind. They were out of several menu items, but what we ordered was amazing! I had the brisket quesadilla and short ribs tacos. And the drinks were delicious and strong!

   The wait was long even though we got there on time and had a reservation. They had a shortage of staff, servers. The hostess was cleaning tables. We waited 20 minutes before a server came by after I had asked several times for a server to take our order. In the end, we ended up leaving after 45 minutes of no service since we needed to catch the game. Unfortunately we did not get to try the food.

   I had to rate the food but we never got our food. Service was probably the worst I have ever experienced. We had a 6:00 reservation to give us time to eat before going to the Lakers game at 7:30. We sat down at 6:08. 6:19 someone finally came over to take our drink order but we also just placed our food order since we sat for 11 minutes with no one even bringing water. My dad asked for Splenda for his iced tea. We never got it and I finally had to ask another server to bring it to us. Our waitress never returned for over 30 minutes while we sat and waited and waited. Finally the bar manager came out to tell us someone in the kitchen called out and they were behind. My issue with this is, it took 50 minutes for us to even find this out and it should have been told to us when we sat down so we could have decided if we wanted to stay or not. It was not busy in the restaurant and many empty tables. 2 people came in after us and got their salads before we could even get someone to even come over to us. I tried to order a cocktail that was on the menu, they were out of it. So are the drinks premixed or were you out of ingredients? My parents ordered the half chicken, they were out of it. After waiting again we finally left at 7:05. No food, nothing. I will never go back to this place.

   We went at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and the place was empty. We were promptly seated, given recommendations and ordered. I ordered a brisket grilled cheese sandwich with Brussels sprouts as my side and my daughter ordered salmon with waffle fries. The sandwich was recommended by the waiter and it was not good. The meat was dry, Christmas vacation turkey dry (that’s a little exaggeration but there were pieces so dry they were chewy and crunchy and I had to spit them out I couldn’t chew them) The grilled cheese part, expecting gooey cheesy yumminess, not here. The cheese was a crispy slab on top of the meat. Crispy! Cooked on the cooktop till it was crispy yuck, if you’re expecting grilled cheese this is not it. It was so dry I had to order a side of bbq sauce which I waited for til my food was almost cold, when the restaurant was empty, there were two other patrons in the entire establishment. The Brussel sprout side, excellent and the waffle fries my daughter got were very good but we had to ask for ranch which again waited till the food was cold to receive. Our order was processed faster than getting ranch and bbq sauce. Overall this restaurant could be great but for the time we came in that was not busy and the prices the food should be excellent and it wasn’t. Great concept and everything on the menu sounded great but the taste just wasn’t there.

   Super slow services and extremely understaffed. Granted this was on a Wednesday lunch time, but there was no one around to seat us. My wife and I stood at the front desk and sat at the table for way too long until someone finally attended to us.

   Great location. Our Brisket topped salad and brisket tacos were excellent. The coconut shrimp starter was unadorned. Looking around kitchen seemed to have issues with timing. Service was spotty. Great location before game/event.

   Making a reservation was Easy. But I could tell it was a busy night. Many Tables were not bussed and the bathroom was dirty and not stocked. We had a few servers confused if we were being helped. I ordered Mashed potatoes with my Brisket grilled cheese, but I received a baked potato instead. I didn’t send it back, because it would take too long to get replaced. Food was actually good. Not sure I will be returning to this location .

   Left while waiting in line. Stood in line at front desk for 10 minutes while two employees walked back and forth. When I finally got to the front of the line, the hostess walked away again. Went to another restaurant. All the reviews regarding bad service are true. Unless you have unlimited time, don't bother!

   Service just seemed off. Took awhile to be seated, other customers who came in after us received their food before us. Food portions were nice, but lacked a certain amount of flavor. The Hennything Is Possible cocktail was the highlight of the meal. Waitress was nice, but hard to track down at times.

    Drinks were good. They have a wonderful BOGO happy hour. Overall the food was just average. Beef ribs were overcooked and brisket fries were basic. However, the short rib birria tacos were very excellent.
