    The hostess was wonderful. We were acknowledged the moment we walked in the door and seated promptly. Once at our table, it took 10 minutes before we were greeted by a waitress and asked what we wanted to drink. She answered all of the questions prior to us ordering. Once we had our food and drinks, not once did she ask us if we wanted refills, how was the food, or can I get you anything else. We literally had to flag her down in order to get what we needed and even then we were ignored. She deliberately avoided our table but had a great time with the other tables she was serving. She constantly brought out refills without them asking, has conversations with them, laughed with them etc. I am very observant and noticed this right off the bat. The food was excellent, the drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was great. Please make sure in the future that all patrons are treated fairly.

    We were super excited to come here for a dinner and bday celebration, based on what we saw on the website and menu. It started well and the ambiance and decor was cool. But it took awhile to get our drinks. One or two at a time would come out - for a party of 6, it was awhile before we could all do a toast together. Then the place filled with guests and you could tell that the service was strained and struggling to keep up. The food didn’t all come out at once either so by the time everyone had their food, half of us had cold meals. Food was tasty but portions were a little lean for the pricing. One of the reasons we came was for the birthday girl to get a drink touted on their website, served in a bathtub with a rubber ducky. We were told this was discontinued. Overall, it did not live up to the excitement we gained from the website. Food was okay and I felt sorry for the servers. Not sure I will go out of my way to come here again.

    Food was great, service was terrible. We didn’t have a designated server; however, every table around us did. We had 4-5 different people help us throughout the meal and no one ever came back a 2nd time unless we flagged someone down to help us.

    I have been a loyal customer of your Anaheim location for many years. I have not only enjoyed dining at your restaurant but have also introduced many friends, family members, and colleagues to your establishment. However, my recent visit on March 1st, 2025, at 7:45 PM, which I booked through OpenTable, was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at your restaurant. I brought some new friends who had never been to your restaurant before, expecting the same great experience I’ve always had. Unfortunately, from the moment we were seated, our experience was far from satisfactory. Lack of Attentiveness: After being seated, our server came by once to greet us but then seemed to completely ignore our table. We were ready to order for over 10 minutes, and despite waving multiple times, she continued to serve other tables without acknowledging us. Incorrect Order Timing: When the server finally took our order, I specifically requested that our appetizers be served first, followed by the entrées. Instead, all the food arrived at the same time, which was not what we requested. Food Quality Issue: One of my friends ordered tacos, but one taco was entirely fat with almost no meat, making it inedible. Poor Execution of Birthday Celebration: I had noted in our OpenTable reservation and informed the server that we were celebrating a birthday. However, instead of waiting until we had finished our meal, the server brought out the birthday cake while we were still eating, mid-bite, and lit the candle. This was not only unexpected but also felt rushed and inconsiderate. Who brings out a birthday cake in the middle of dinner? It felt as though we were being hurried out of the restaurant. This experience was completely unacceptable and far from the high standards I have come to expect from your restaurant. I am extremely disappointed, especially as I had brought new guests who were looking forward to trying your food and service.

    Excellent BBQ, big portions, tender and seasoned so good you might want to ditch the bbq sauce altogether. Their bbq sauce is so good though. I wish they would make a spicy sauce too. We had the smoked short rib and ribs with brussel sprouts and broccolini. Absolutely delicious. We would definitely return. Drinks were very good as well. They have a great selection of fun cocktails to try. Our favorite cocktail was the La Chona. The Villians West Coast IPA was so smooth and delicious.

    Our server was kind but not efficient. We were one of a few tables and drinks & food delivery was slow. The food was good but not outstanding. Some of our party waited a solid 10 Minutes after the rest of the party to get their meal.
