   First, we were put into a very crowed area for 9 people, and they moved to a better table. Very Loud and the beer came out at different times so only half of us has drinks until they caught up. Food was good and the wait staff was friendly. Would not return with a big group but maybe a smaller one at the bar.

   The fish tacos, pizza and steak were excellent. Cooked to perfection and our server was attentive and friendly. Great spot to unwind with good food and drink

   An excellent place for beverages, appetizers, and dinner! The food and drinks are delicious, the staff is great. We sat in the bar area, plenty of TVs if you want to watch a game.

   Great service. Fun atmosphere. Big menu to choose from. Everyone was happy. Great Gastropub feel in the heart of downtown. Very welcoming atmosphere. The best of all worlds. Thanks.

   Sam was out server and she let us know it was one of her first shifts at CRAFT. She was outstanding. She really knew the menu inside and out, including the vast selections of beers available. She also offered samples for us to try and a couple of new additions that we took her up on. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Sam was very attentive and so nice. Great experience overall!

   Went earlier in the week and had an awesome experience she we went back. Our appetizer of chicken wings came at the same time as our main meal… I ordered steak with kale Cesar salad and upgraded my fries to Parmesan fries. I got a steak,mashed potatoes, cold broccoli and an appetizer size plate of Parmesan fries that were so hard they hurt my mouth. Ordered coffee with desert that never came but was charged $4.00. We ate with our coats on it was so cold.

   The restaurant was so cold more than 1/2 the guests didn’t remove their jackets. We mentioned it to our server even tried another table. We ate quickly food was ok nothing was exceptional but it was impossible to enjoy anything with the temperature inside the restaurant. We intended on staying for a couple of beers and dessert but decided on finding some place else for dessert and drinks. We found another spot a short distance away where we warmed up before heading to a concert at Massey Hall Maybe we will visit again but this visit was very disappointing

    The greeter, server, and beer were great, food was ok, but music was way too loud. Pizza special posted in the bathroom was misplaced because we went after eating and would have ordered it.
