   The mixed greens that came with our hamburgers were tired and should have been fresh. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. As the designated driver appreciated the choice of low/non alcoholic beverages offered.

   Everything about our experience here was fantastic. We had an attentive and lovely wait staff. I had the most delicious kale Caesar salad that I have ever eaten. The steak was cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional and we will be returning to this restaurant for a top quality meal and excellent service.

   Having a semi large reservation I booked well in advance I was very disappointed. Our 9 guests were cramped beside the ordering station. Staff were cramming in behind us all night to put orders in.. I mean for a last minute group I understand but this place was not a “full house” that’s what i was told. There was a huge table close by would have comfortably accommodated 12 guests. At the end of the meal each bill had a 20% auto gratuity … like for what??? We brought more business and they are that greedy??? they need to gouge for more??? … not to mentioned everyone’s mediocre food came at different times and was disappointing to say the least. I booked it as a birthday no one even brought a peice Of cake or sang …. Very disappointed

   Time to be served. Was sat and then by the time and server 1st came by it was 45min !!

   Our server Sean was the best part of our visit, and considering how much we enjoyed ourselves, that’s saying something. The food was delicious, the drink menu was overwhelming, and the ambiance of the restaurant made it very enjoyable. We were visiting from Kingston and will definitely return next time we’re in Ottawa. But without a doubt, Sean was the best.

    The music is too loud over 85 dB which results in hearing damage over long exposure. As a patron I can leave but this is unacceptable too employees and contrary to the Employee safety act.
