The food at Craft 670 was really good. My date and I both had steaks that were cooked just as we requested with vegetables and mashed potatoes on the side. The restaurant side really wasn’t that busy, but the bar side had pretty good business. Our waitress seemed to disappear regularly, not sure what else she was doing in the restaurant/hotel. One thing I didn’t like was the fact that everyone who smoked went outside, but when the door was opened all the smoke seemed to blow back inside which was annoying. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would like to try other things on the menu.

Just don’t do it. Hilton needs to step in and get this place straightened out. It’s embarrassing to have such a crappy restaurant in a nice hotel.

Thank you for a very pleasant Valentines Day dinner - the special Chateaubriand & Lobster was delicious and very reasonably priced.

First let me say that it is a hotel restaurant! Not much ambiance and it isn't really secluded, so the noise of the lobby and lobby bar are apparent. The food was very good and the menu had so many interesting dishes to choose from. BUT - the service was terrible! If not for the hostess rushing in and out to "help" the servers, I'm not sure many of us would have eaten in a timely fashion! Our waitress seemed so harried and as far as we could tell, she had 4 tables. The bar was very busy due to the Friday after work crowd and drinks took a very long time to come. If I'm going to spend over $80 for dinner, I want pleasant surroundings, good service and quiet...

A great place for a gathering. When we asked to have the music lowered they quickly complied. A wonderful place for our bookclub lunch

It smelt of smoke even though it’s smoke free inside, large presence at the Bar and only one other table dining in .. embassy Suites itself was very nice but, when it came to the Dining it was not what was expected at all . Since reservations are recommended I was thinking it would be like a Rick Irwin’s or somewhere comparable .. not even close more like a Denny’s .

I usually don’t bother with critiquing things. But I was quite disappointed in our Thanksgiving dinner. Most of the food came out cold. And Service was subpar. For example when I ordered an herbal tea, I didn’t ever get that fulfilled. If you wish to talk to me further, email me back. Tom

The chefs at this restaurant are excellent and creative. The octopus salad was very special if you like octopus or squid. Salmon done to perfection, asked for medium and received nice moist/juicy medium 7-8 oz. portion. Wife had sesame chicken breast and that was fabulous as well. The final perfect piece was the Creme Brulet cheese cake, magnificent. This was my first time here, looking forward to another trip soon. The dining area is unfortunately a typical hotel facility, but more than made up by the quality of the food and outstanding chef.
