   Great pre theatre restaurant which clearly is geared up to get people in & out before their show without cutting corners on quality. Good varied a la carte menu with an excellent set 2 or 3 course menu option at a very reasonable price. Will visit again.

   Really enjoyable lunch meeting at Cote Covent Garden yesterday, really good value for money with the 3 course set menu that we both upgraded to the sirloin deluxe option. Service was really good too! No hesitation in going back again soon or recommending this restaurant 👍👍👍

   We visit Cork and Bottle whenever we come to London and are staying g in the West End. We love the ambience, the drinks and the food. This time we came with friends having booked a table a few days before. The service was excellent as always. We had a lovely evening. Our only other comment is we found everything quite expensive. However we will definitely come again and look forward to it. Thank you

   Poor experience! Me and my wife dared arrived 30 mins prior to our booked arrival time of 6pm. Even though there were a number of tables open in the restaurant (one right at the entrance), the Maitre'D insisted that we sit outside in the cold and wind, while waiting for our 6pm booking time, because "the restaurant was crazy busy"... We ended up sitting outside not wanting to lose our booking, and looked onto one of a number open table inside the restaurant - which remained open and unused until we were seated at the exact samne table inside at 6pm. No explanation from Management, and a "cannot be bothered" atitude was extremely disappointing. Not how you want to kick off an evening at the theater. To add insult to injury, the Maitre'D then continued to give tables to random walk-in customers after 6pm - which we could see hahppening, because we sat right at the entrance.

   Lovely dining experience. Staff were lovely, food were delicious, and the ambience was comforting. Location is perfect, right across the LW Theatre in Drury Lane. I was a bit ashamed for coming late due to raining and a mistake of coming to the wrong branch of the restaurant. I arrived on time, but it was the branch in St. Martin’s Lane. Geez! I had to walk another 8 minutes to reach the right place. Well done, Google Maps!

   Table booked for pre theatre. Very busy but this didn’t compromise service, ambience or food. Would recommend and would definitely go again

    We dined early on a Saturday evening, post matinée at the ROH. We were seated in the basement, having declined a seat just inside the door,( it was a very cold day) and a table for 2 that would have been very uncomfortable for one of us. Although from a noise level the basement was fine but our table was positioned so that the server had to pass our food and drinks across the diners at the next table. They were fine about it but different diners could have been rather annoyed. It wasn't ideal. We all had a laugh about it but I felt sorry for the servers that were put in that position. It was also so busy that we had to wait a very long time for our main course. It was just as well that we weren't in a hurry. The toilets are in the basement, accessed from a different staircase. Only 2 ladies cubicles, next to the kitchen, and as there was a queue servers were constantly coming past with enormous serving trays. Not ideal for anyone.
