This Valentine's Day, enjoy a special moment at Corralito Steakhouse! We have prepared a special four course menu designed for sharing. Starting with our Classic Carioca cheese to share, heart shaped, served with onions and cilantro, following a salad of your choice. (Ceasar or House). For the main course we will have a 10 oz boneless New York cut, served in a red wine reduction with sautéed mushrooms and asparagus. I made a reservation for 7 pm. we got to the restaurant 10 minutes before 7 and still had to wait 15 min to be sat. When we were seated, the server was extremely busy with other stuff, we sat there for a good half hour before we were waited on. We didn't get any silverware until our food was brought out an hour after ordering. A couple of dishes were burnt and dry. For what I paid, I would have expected a little more, but due to the time and day, I guess I got what I got.

We were celebrating my son’s engagement, Our evening started a little rough we were a party of 6, we got seated in a booth. It was very tight space, my son asked for a bigger table and our waitress didn’t skip a beat, she moved us quickly and efficiently. The rest of the evening was great from the waitress to the delicious food.

Alex was great. He gave us quick service and even bought a surprise for the kids. The front desk helped us get our table quickly since we had 3 kids with little patience. The food was good, and ribs were tender and juicy. Tbone was perfect. It's was Christmas day, and the staff was awesome.

Overall it was wonderful. Food was cooked perfectly and server was quite helpful. We were very satisfied, the only criticism was the timing of the salads as they came the same time as the entrées. Also, they could have maybe prebussed a little more efficiently, but it was a great meal and I would love to go again.

Server was okay, courses were stretched out way too long, 3 courses took about 90 minutes total, steaks were not cooked properly but our server didn’t notice clearing uneaten steaks at the end of the meal, our server offended my friend more than once, we won’t be back.

Regan was great taking care of us. Food was hot and prepared correctly. Would suggest noting in menu that the tuna tostados are cold, not warm. They were very good, just did not expect them to have cold tuna. Both floor manager and Regan checked in with us the right amount of times to ensure we had a great experience. Ribs and steak and Tuna steak were all very good!

Wonderful steak cooked exactly how we wanted it. Great sides and cocktails. Our waiter was outstanding and we will definitely be back.

The group that was seated next to us was extremely loud. They were yelling and talking loud. It was about 10 -12 people at the table.
