   We were the first to arrive in an amazing experience of hospitality at its most dazzling. Service delivered with absolutely sensational choices. knowledgeable sommeliers caring more for your tastes than, as sadly a lot of competitors attempt to do, upsell ! Great to meet the lady herself who after receiving a glowing report on every aspect of the experience was to say “please come here again ! “ We will 😎

   Unfortunately we were not impressed. Beautifully presented plates that were lacking in taste. I suppose ‘16 year old Lagavulin whisky sauce’ was intended as a joke.

   We booked a table for 3 for a special birthday celebration and had an absolutely amazing meal. The food is exceptional, but the venue, ambiance, friendly staff and even an in-person “happy birthday” from Clare herself made it a really memorable experience.

   We visited Core with very high expectations and it did not disappoint, in face it exceeded our expectations! From start to finish the service was impressive, everyone was friendly, happy to talk and very knowledgeable about everything on the menus. The food was absolutely outstanding, a truly incredible dining experience.

   We were blown away by the flavours and textures in our mouths and the food journey from nibbles to light to full in to light to OMG ..and another level. Core season menu...full team effort here... Clare must be an outstanding leader to pull this off ..day after day. Happy to return.....from ordinary Eastender sisters ...who simply wanted to chill over a special meal ......XX to team

   This was an amazing experience from start to finish . The food is wonderful . We particularly liked the Charlotte potatoes, venison and core apple dessert. In addition to tasting amazing the food is beautifully presented . The interior decor is also stunning and we enjoyed the warm welcome from all of the kitchen and serving staff . Definitely an experience to be savoured on a special occasion.

    I still can't quite believe I had the opportunity to meet Clare Smyth on The Last Table as a referee. it feels like a rare privilege to be connected to such an extraordinary talent. Now, to be dining at her restaurant in London feels like the perfect continuation of that incredible journey. I’ve always admired her artistry in the kitchen, and I’m eager to experience firsthand the magic she brings to every dish. What a wonderful, full-circle moment.
